“…在手术标本上自肿瘤的肉眼边界向手术 切缘行放射状取材,作HE及Ag-NORs染色。10例正常颊粘膜作对照。结果提示: 癌细胞自癌灶肉眼边界向周 围粘膜下组织浸润的宽度可达9. 99m m,明显大于粘膜浸润的长度;对诱导化疗有效的颊粘膜鳞癌,侵润能力降 低; 颊鳞癌浸润基底的深度为0. 31～ 2. 32mm; 正常人颊粘膜与鳞癌组织、癌旁0. 5 cm 处粘膜上皮的Ag-NO Rs 颗粒数目及大小有显著差异,而与单纯手术组癌旁1. 5cm、化疗加手术组癌旁1. 0 cm 处粘膜上皮无明显差异, 可考虑作为手术的安全切缘。…”
