Transmission characteristics of air-ground channel in aerial communication platform by Xiaobin FU, Baohui ZHENG

    Published 2018-01-01
“…Satellite communication can solve the problem of global communication,at the same time,it follows the problems of difficult deploy and limited satellite resources.Aerial communication platform is consisted of aircraft with payload communication and not more than 10 km from ground. The platform communicating with ground nodes can solve the weakness of traditional satellite communication. The loss of air-to-ground channel was analyzed to model the air-to-ground wideband channel in Ku and Ka band. The consequence of theory and simulation demonstrates that the fading of the model has serious influence on transmission performance. In low elevation transmission, the value of K-factor is small because of multipath reception.Simulation results show that orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) can be a good candidate for wideband communications to transmit payload data from aerial platform to ground station.…”

Dynamics Characteristic Analysis of Spur Gear Pairs based on Tooth Surface Friction by Lu Fengxia, Wang Haofei, Zhu Rupeng, Bao Heyun, Jiang Huihui

    Published 2015-01-01
“…A bending-torsional nonlinear dynamics model of the spur gear pair with 6-DOF is established and the dimensionless dynamics equations are derived. The tooth surface friction,time-varying stiffness, gear backlashes as well as gear mesh errors are considered in this model.Based on the location of the contact line, the mathematical expressions of the tooth surface friction and the friction torque are both derived. The effects of tooth surface friction on the dynamic behaviors of the system are studied. The results show that the tooth surface friction can increase the vibration of the system, and the effect is more obvious on the vibration in the perpendicular direction to the meshing line. The degree of the chaotic motion of the system can be reduced by the tooth surface friction, and the bifurcation of the system becomes blurred at the high meshing frequency and chaotic motion appears earlier by the tooth surface friction.…”

Applying Randomness Effectively Based on Random Forests for Classification Task of Datasets of Insufficient Information by Hyontai Sug

    Published 2012-01-01
“…Hence, in this paper, some best classification accuracy based on clever application of random forests to predict the occurrence of cylinder bands in rotogravure printing is investigated. Since random forests could generate good results with an appropriate combination of parameters like the number of randomly selected attributes for each split and the number of trees in the forests, an effective data mining procedure considering the property of the target dataset by way of trial random forests is investigated. …”

Research on the enhancement technology based on the 5G wireless access and wireless backhaul integration by Feng BI

    Published 2022-05-01
“…With the increasing requirements for communication services, it is necessary to focus on the factors such as the network coverage, the spectrum efficiency and the deployment and operation cost of operators when building 5G networks. The relay node introduced into the network can solve these problems. However, the relay node has self-interference.Although time-division multiplexing can avoid self-interference, it will increase the end-to-end service delay. In order to better solve these problems, the integrated enhancement technology researches were focused on the aspects of the resource multiplexing mode, the node timing, the guard band and the performance simulation verification between the wireless access and the wireless backhaul. The proposed integrated enhancement technology schemes not only avoid the self-interference of relay node, but also ensure the requirement for the service delay and user perceived throughput.…”
