Modeling and performance analysis of train communication network based on switched ethernet
Published 2015-09-01“…In order to meet the information transmission requirements of large capacity, high speed and hard real-time in the future, switched ethernet was introduced to the train communication network (TCN).Messages of different priorities was investigated, and established the TCN transmission process model with determined and stochastic Petri nets (DSPN) in accordance to its communication scheduling mechanism. The influences of different switch scheduling algorithms to the delay were compared, and the relationships between throughput and message number, throughout and generating cy-cle were respectively investigated. The experimental results show that the priority scheduling algorithm can reduce the delay of real-time data under the condition of sacrificing non real-time data's delay. It also verify the throughput of TCN based on switched ethernet is much higher than that of the existing TCN,which can provide theoretical basis for the de-sign and optimization in the future.…”

Differentiated protection strategy with dynamic traffic grooming based on clustering
Published 2015-10-01“…To make dynamic traffic grooming faster and more efficient, and achieve an intelligent differentiated protection,a differentiated protection strategy with dynamic traffic grooming based on clustering(DPS-DTGC)was proposed. The whole network topology was allocated some clusters based on maximal independent set,in order to reduce the routing time consumption.Meanwhile,by the cooperation of layered auxiliary graph, residual capacity matrix and cluster aggregation layer, the traffic in inter- and intra- clusters would been groomed to realize the reasonable planning of resources and the higher efficiency of grooming.Furthermore, according to the proportion of different priority traffic in one wavelength ,the link importance was evaluated and a smart P-cycle was designed to give differentiated protection to the link. The simulation results show this strategy can make a better utilization of network resource. And with the increase of network load,it will gain a good performance in blocking rate.…”

Intelligent interference management in 5G wireless networks
Published 2016-06-01“…As one of the key technologies in 5G networks,ultra-dense wireless network is utilized to approach the future 1 000 ultra-high traffic volume.Nevertheless, the dense deployment of network nodes would result in severe interference, and thus interference management was proposed as the big principle behind 5G ultra-dense wireless networks research.Firstly, the interference management schemes were classifed from two aspects:avoidance and utilization. Then,an intelligent interference management architecture was proposed to accommodate the development trend of future wireless networks in terms of intelligence and heterogeneity in order to realize the dynamic tightly coupled interference management of wireless network environment and interference management.Taking the intrinsic relationship between interference management and resource management into consideration, three cutting-edge interference management schemes were introduced, which could significantly improve the network resource utilization and the network capacity.…”

Adaptive random early detection algorithm based on network traffic level grade prediction
Published 2023-06-01“…In view of the problem that the calculation of average queue length and maximum packet drop probability in random early detection algorithm and its variants reflect the changes of network traffic slowly, an adaptive random early detection algorithm based on network traffic level grade prediction was proposed.Based on the statistical characteristics of self-similar network traffic, the transition probability table of network traffic level grade was established, and a grade prediction method of self-similar network traffic level with low complexity and high accuracy was proposed.Furthermore, the prediction results were applied to calculate the average queue length in equal interval and adjust the maximum packet drop probability.Under the condition of fixed and variable bottleneck link capacity, it is found that regardless of the degree of self-similarity of network traffic, the proposed algorithm can improve the throughput and packet loss rate, especially when the Hurst parameter is large and the traffic is light.…”

Adaptive steganography algorithm in digital image based on Arnold transform
Published 2016-06-01“…Previous adaptive steganography algorithms were based on ordinal and full-embedding method. However, these algorithms might cause the concealment of secret information not good enough. Therefore,a random and non-fully embedding method was proposed to improve the concealment. The image system parameters could be obtained,so that the image full capacity was exactly greater than the length of information for non-full embedding. Moreover, these parameters made steganography more flexibility by reducing the modifications of image. Then, secret information embedding sequence was scrambled based on Arnold transform for the purpose that the steganalyst cannot detect out information orderly. Therefore, the secret information can be more concealed, which can improve the security of the algorithms.Experimental results show that the algorithm not only improves the concealment of steganography but also reduces stego distortion, and random non-full embedding operating can be applied to many other similar algorithms.…”
