ANALYSIS OF OSCILLATING ROD OF HORIZONTAL LOGARITHM PERIOD ANTENNA UNDER WRAP ICE by SONG ZongFeng, WANG ZuoXiang, GUO Wei

    Published 2017-01-01
“…Analysis of oscillating rod of rigid structure horizontal log-periodic antenna under wrap ice was performed, due to winter weather oscillating rod is bent, somewhere in the north in February 2014.In the finite element software ANSYS platform,to wrap the ice thickness, wrap ice when wind speed is known conditions,a detailed analysis of wrapped ice of bending oscillating rod was performed. The results show that the actual thickness beyond the design wrapped ice thickness. So cause the wrap ice load and wind load area increases, beyond the oscillating rod and its cable carrying capacity, resulting in instability of the oscillating rod bent.According to the oscillating rod bent reason,in order to meet the requirements of heavy ice wrapped, the improved design of the oscillating rod was proposed.…”

Research on 5G service coverage capability before 4G carrier re-farming to 5G by Guanghai LIU, Tian XIAO, Bei LI, Xinzhou CHENG, Yongbei XUE, Yi LI, Xiaomeng ZHU, Yuting ZHENG

    Published 2023-03-01
“…In order to build a low-cost and high-efficiency 5G low-frequency network, it is necessary to study the best plan of plowing low-frequency 3G and 4G networks into 5G in advance.Under the condition of no ideal low frequency 5G test environment due to no re-farming, the coverage capacity after re-farming was estimated through theoretical analysis and was indirectly verified based on the current network test data. The key setting of link budget and model selection were discussed, the rationality of the estimation results was indirectly verified by the actual test data. The conclusion had been actually applied to the planning scheme of a major operator for the national 900 MHz network, which has essential reference significance to guide the network refarming.…”

Research on space focusing virtual coverage based on orthogonal frequency time reversal method by Yifang NIE, Fangwei LI

    Published 2019-10-01
“…To solve the problem of information leakage and coverage efficiency in ultra-dense wireless network, the orthogonal frequency-time reversal virtual coverage scheme was proposed. At first, different wireless reversal channels with lower correlation were distinguished by orthogonal carries.Next, after time reversal, the space focusing of each target signal was realized around the terminal. Then, theoretical expressions of the signal coverage and the signal-interference-to-noise ratio were derived and proved.Ultimately, the virtual coverage was shaped, meeting the requirements of users. The coverage of unrelated user not belonging to system was reduced. The results show that those unrelated users are difficult to receive the target signal because of virtual coverage. In addition, the system has higher capacity and security rate of reliable transmission without any more power or antennas.…”

    Published 2012-10-01
“…In order to efficiently transmit different types of high-capacity and burst data, based on virtual channel multiplexing technology on advanced orbiting systems(AOS),a Hurst and priority adaptive random early detection(RED) combined with dynamic scheduling algorithm named HPRED-DS was proposed. In queue management state, the algorithm designed an adaptive two-level packet dropping strategy based on Hurst parameter and priority. In virtual channel scheduling state,a VIP,synchronous and asynchronous mixed virtual channels scheduling mode was designed.Meanwhile, the algorithm efficiently combined queue management and virtual channel scheduling.Experimental results show that on the basis of maintaining high treatment efficiency and throughput, the algorithm stabilizes queue length, reduces delay and delay jitter, can meet various services’transmitting requirement.…”
