Research on remote interference analysis and solution for 5G
Published 2022-06-01“…Remote interference mainly comes from the atmospheric ducting transmission. It is one of the reasons for the deterioration of the fifth-generation new radio (5G NR) mobile networks.Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism for the remote interference, two solution schemes were accordingly described for the remote interference management. The static increase GP (guard period) scheme was verified in the 5G NR network in areas with high atmospheric wares.Network operation data shows that the increasing guard period could avoid remote interference efficiently and thus improve the quality of the fifth-generation new radio networks.…”

Effective frame transmitting mechanism for improving the network throughput
Published 2010-01-01“…The limited radio resource can be used reasonably by the frame transmitting mechanism well designed.Based on the analysis on the normalize throughput of IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN,combining adaptive contention window and random varying timing method,a simple and effect frame transmitting mechanism was proposed.Actively, the dynamical varying timing method adjusts the number of packets sending to queue;moreover, the adaptive contention window scheme determines the size of contention window based on the collision status rapidly. The simulations show that the mechanism is able to optimize the parameters of packets sending out,and network throughput can be improved 30 per-cent,consequently,the radio resource is utilized more reasonably.…”

Nuclear and Star Formation Activities in Nearby Galaxies: Roles of Gas Supply and Active Galactic Nucleus Feedback
Published 2025-01-01“…These results may imply an evolutionary sequence where galaxies transition from blue star-forming galaxies to red LINERs, passing through the composite and Seyfert phases, driven primarily by gas supply, with AGN feedback playing a secondary role. While both the radio luminosities ( L _1.4 GHz ) and Eddington ratios correlate with SFRs, their trends differ on the SFR−stellar-mass ( M _* ) plane, with the radio luminosities increasing with stellar mass along the MS line and no direct connection between the radio luminosities and Eddington ratios. …”

Dynamic spectrum allocation based on clone selection algorithm in cognitive heterogeneous wireless networks
Published 2012-07-01“…The system model of cognitive heterogeneous wireless networks was given.Based on this system model, the problem of dynamic spectrum allocation was formulated as a constrained 0-1 integer programming with maximizing the network utility in mind, and considering the demand for spectrum from various radio access networks、the interference between them and heterogeneous granularity channels because of the fact that different radio access technologies use channels with different widths. An intelligent algorithm named clone selection algorithm was applied to solve this problem within which a new coding scheme for the antibody was proposed based on the demand for spectrum and heterogeneous granularity channels.Simulation results show that the proposed method could improve the network utility and spectrum utilization compared with greedy allocation algorithm.…”
