A study on the carbon emission reduction pathways of China’s digital economy from multiple perspectives
Published 2025-01-01“…Under the influence of urbanization, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between DE and CE. (4) Heterogeneity analysis finds that, compared to other types of provinces, the CER effect of DE is stronger in non-resource-based and economically developed provinces. (5) We propose five tailored recommendations for CER: fostering the synergistic development of the DE and industrial structure, strengthening the role of technological innovation, advancing urbanization and carbon reduction in a differentiated manner, formulating distinct policies for resource-based and non-resource-based provinces, and enhancing the construction of digital infrastructure in less-developed regions. …”

A microbiota-derived metabolite, 3-phenyllactic acid, prolongs healthspan by enhancing mitochondrial function and stress resilience via SKN-1/ATFS-1 in C. elegans
Published 2024-12-01“…Our findings reveal that PLA treatment significantly extends the healthspan of C. elegans by promoting energy metabolism and stress resilience in a SKN-1/ATFS-1-dependent manner. Moreover, PLA-mediated longevity is associated with a novel age-related parameter, the Healthy Aging Index (HAI), introduced in this study, which comprises healthspan-related factors such as motility, oxygen consumption rate (OCR), and ATP levels. …”

Anti-Idiotypic Antibody as a Booster Vaccine Against Respiratory Syncytial Virus
Published 2025-01-01“…One potential approach involves using anti-idiotypic antibodies (anti-IDs) to mimic specific antigenic sites and enhance preexisting immunity in an epitope-specific manner. RB1, a monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds to site IV of the RSV fusion (RSV F) protein, is a potent and broadly neutralizing against RSV A and B viruses. …”

Decreased S100A9 Expression Promoted Rat Airway Smooth Muscle Cell Proliferation by Stimulating ROS Generation and Inhibiting p38 MAPK
Published 2016-01-01“…Our previous study showed that S100A9 (S100 calcium-binding protein A9; 400 and 800 ng/mL) significantly inhibited rat ASMCs proliferation at 48 h, and 50–800 ng/mL S100A9 (50, 100, 200, 400, and 800 ng/mL) also induced a lasting effect by significantly inhibiting rat ASMCs proliferation at 72 h in a dose-dependent manner. However, the intracellular effects of S100A9 on ASMCs proliferation remain unknown. …”
