Time‐Lapse Acquisition of Both Freely Secreted Proteome and Exosome Encapsulated Proteome in Live Organoids’ Microenvironment
Published 2025-01-01“…Simultaneous monitoring of the time‐lapse shift of both proteomes with live organoids remains technically challenging. Here, a continuous organoid secretion/encapsulation proteome tandem LC‐MS/MS (COSEP‐LCM) is introduced, which permits time‐lapse monitoring of proteomic alterations both in free secretion form and in exosome encapsulated form at live organoids’ microenvironment. …”

Experimental Study on Curtain Grouting with Large Hole Spacing and Deep Holes in the Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine
Published 2022-01-01“…In the upper reaches of the Datangxia Water Control Project, the high-pressure head formed by water storage will increase the water inflow in the Panlong lead-zinc mine to a certain extent and thus affect the safety of underground production. In order to eliminate the adverse effects brought by water storage, two anti-seepage curtains are planned to be built on the east and west sides of the mine.In addition,to provide reasonable technical parameters for the actual grouting construction, this paper carries out the grouting test at a suitable position on the axis of the curtain. The test results show that:① The double-row grouting with 3 m row spacing and 6 m hole spacing can basically meet the anti-seepage standard of curtain design when arranged in a plum blossom shape;② cement clay slurry can be applied in dealing with special sections such as large karst caves and wide fissures in karst areas;③ in terms of the vertical heterogeneity of karst development, the bottom elevation of hanging curtain with deep holes in karst areas should enter the aquitard, with a depth of not less than 10 m.The results of the grouting test provide a reference for the design and construction of curtain grouting with large hole spacing and deep holes in karst areas.…”

Discovering novel lead-free solder alloy by multi-objective Bayesian active learning with experimental uncertainty
Published 2025-01-01“…Abstract We present a multi-objective Bayesian active learning strategy, which greatly accelerates the discovery of super high-strength and high-ductility lead-free solder alloys. The active learning strategy demonstrates that a machine learning model will have high generalizability if experimental data uncertainty is included, which greatly improves the model prediction or the material design accuracy. …”
