PSMA antibody, humanized PSMA.CAR10.3, or Cetuximab increases prostate cancer localization of NF-κB p50-deficient immature myeloid cells (p50-IMC) and phagocytosis by their macroph...
Published 2025-02-01“…Tumor localization is further increased when myelo-depleting 5-fluorouracil precedes p50-IMC administration. Additionally, we find that PSMA Ab, EGFR Ab, or PSMA.CAR10.3 increase in vitro phagocytosis of Myc-CaP cells expressing PSMA or EGFR by p50-IMC-derived macrophages, including in M2-promoting IL-4, which is a component of the immune-suppressive tumor microenvironment. …”

Tumor-derived exosomal lncRNA-MIR193BHG promotes bone metastasis of breast cancer by targeting the miR-489-3p/DNMT3A signaling axis in osteoclasts
Published 2025-01-01“…Knockdown experiments demonstrated that reducing the levels of exosomal lncRNA-MIR193BHG significantly inhibited osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption, which was confirmed both in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, mechanistic studies revealed that lncRNA-MIR193BHG acted as a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) interacting with miR-489-3p, regulating DNMT3A expression and subsequently affecting osteoclast differentiation. …”

Life cycle management of capital construction object with minimization of atmospheric air pollution
Published 2024-03-01“…An information support system was built, which, unlike the applied methods, makes it possible to make decisions on the LC CCO management, not only taking into account the technical and economic efficiency of the compared options, but also the degree of atmospheric air dust pollution. In addition, the developed information support allows you to take into account the fact that certain events occurrence is random during the LC CCO with the determination of their occurrence probability.…”

Clinical Effect on Early Rehabilitation Intervention of Patients after Coronary Artery bypass Grafting
Published 2020-02-01“…On the 7th day after the operation, quality of life assessment, pain,6-min walking test and mental status were performed to compare the health status, psychological status, and the relative walking distance were compared between the two groups. Results:On the 7th day after the operation,6-min walking test and the modified Barthel index (MBI) in the rehabilitation group were (354.75±85.83) metres and (92.79±5.34) scores respectively, which were significantly higher than the (295.60±67.83) metres and (83.82±6.22) scores in the control group (P<0.001). In addition, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores in the rehabilitation group were (1.19±0.55) scores, (10.46±8.21) scores and (11.36±4.87) scores respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group[ (1.88±1.29) scores, (17.22±6.15) scores, (19.58±6.72) scores, P<0.001].Conclusion:Early in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation intervention can effectively increase the 6-min walking distance, improve the patients'mental status and quality of life, and relieve pain.…”
