    “…Daneshniya et al, (2021) showed that a total of 27 main concepts can be expressed as obstacles to the development of entrepreneurship in Iran; so that 10 concepts of political environment, cultural, legal, educational, technology, government structure, macroeconomic, financial environment, geographical environment and production structure are causal conditions categorized with two categories of institutional and economic factors. 7 concepts of efficiency, opportunism, creativity, risk-taking, need for success, desire for independence, and power-seeking of entrepreneurs were identified with the category of entrepreneurs' characteristics and the background conditions of lack of entrepreneurship development. …”
