“…Aiming at the fast and efficient time synchronization protocol for the wireless sensor networks under resource constraints, a novel feedback-based full-scale time synchronization（FTS） algorithm was proposed.The basic idea of FTS is to execute iteratively time synchronization downlink operations on all the nodes of the wireless sensor network and collect the two-way path delay information from only a part of nodes to calculate the average delay adjustment per hop.The stochastically feedback scheme is adopted to reduce the uplink packets.The FTS algorithm also consists of the mechanisms of synchronization error monitoring and clock skew correction.The FTS was implemented on the popular TelosB sensor nodes from UC Berkeley.The experiments show that FTS is a fast, resource-efficient algorithm with ra-tional synchronization precision.…”

“…To solve the problems caused by the existing image dehazing methods, such as color over-saturation, detail loss, and artifacts, a dehazing method was proposed based on haze-line and color attenuation prior.Firstly, haze-line prior and Hough vote were used to estimate the atmospheric light.Then, a nonlinear model on scene depth was constructed according to color attenuation prior theory to achieve transmission accurately.Finally, the haze was removed from the image by inversely solving the atmospheric scattering model, so as to obtain the dehazed image with rich details.The proposed method was tested on public RESIDE dataset in comparison with many existing methods.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively remove the haze from image and obtain a clear and natural dehazed image, which has higher time and space efficiency than other methods.…”

“…Aiming to distributed computing and data centralizing storage in large-scale network computing environments and combining sparse and bursting characteristic of COW(copy-on-write) disk storing modified data blocks,the distributed COW network disk architecture was presented.The system building process of network computing environments was speeded up by apportioning the aggregation spending that server manages all related COW disks of client hosts to each client host.A improving 64bit bitmap compress arithmetic was designed to reduce the size of COW disk’s bitmap,so server disk space was saved and the network communication spending of distributed COW disk was less.The modified prefetching arithmetic based on COW bursting blocks was presented to improve the hit rate of Cache relating with distributed COW disk.Experiments on the prototype show that the distributed COW mechanism can effectively reduce system building latency of multi-client hosts network computing environment based on improving COW bitmap compress and prefetching arithmetic.…”
