Evidence conflict measurement method based on Pignistic probability transformation and singular value decomposition
Published 2021-04-01“…In view of the problem of poor adaptability and low accuracy of common evidence conflict measurement method, an evidence conflict measurement method based on Pignistic probability transformation and singular value decomposition was proposed.First, Pignistic probability transformation was used to map the evidence focal element difference to the belief difference, and the evidence composite belief function matrix was constructed. Then, the matrix features were extracted by singular value decomposition, and the matrix feature space was divided into similar subspace and conflict subspace according to singular value characteristics.Considering the similarity and conflict characteristics of the evidence matrix, and the ratio of the singular value of the conflict subspace to the singular value of the similar subspace was taken as the new conflict measure factor. Finally, the proposed method was compared with common methods in various evidence conflict scenarios, such as full conflict scenario, variable reliability scenario, variable focus element scenario, focal element nested scenario, and the results show that the proposed method has wide adaptability, high accuracy and good stability.…”

Statistics and Analysis of the Relationship between Strength and Age of Coral Concrete
Published 2022-01-01“…In this study, based on the experimental results of this study and from the previous research, it is concluded that the compressive strength of coral concrete at 3, 7, 14, 21, 60, and 90 days reaches about 71%, 84%, 92%, 96%, 104%, and 110% of that at 28 days, respectively, indicating that the early strength development of coral concrete is significantly faster than that of ordinary concrete but slower in the later stage. A new model to characterize the strength-age relationship of coral concrete is proposed in this study, which is in good agreement with the experimental result, but for the long-term strength prediction of coral concrete in actual engineering, it is recommended to adjust the prediction results according to the environment and working conditions of coral concrete, and the adjustment coefficient could be approximately taken as 0.88. …”

REMAINING USEFUL LIFE OF ROLLING BEARING BASED ON t⁃SNE
Published 2024-08-01“…Due to the limited bearing degradation data under actual working conditions,it is impossible to obtain enough degradation data to train the neural network,it is difficult to obtain good prediction results in the deep learning network,so a new fusion method was proposed.Firstly, the features of the original vibration signal was extracted, dozens of dimensional features were obtained through the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)and the singular value decomposition(SVD),and the effective features such as kurtosis and mean value commonly used in remaining useful life prediction were added, then the decision tree to filter out 15⁃dimensional features was used the data was obtained by double exponential model fitting and the degraded signal was reduced to a linear trend through t⁃SNE.The linear degradation trend has better generalization in prediction than the exponential trend, and the prediction accuracy is superior to support veotor regression(SVR)and deep belief network(DBN)model.…”
