Resilience of Interbank Market Networks to Shocks
Published 2011-01-01“…When banks are homogeneous, faced with selective shocks, the stability of the tiered interbank market networks is slightly lower than that of random interbank market networks, whereas, in other cases, the stability of the tiered interbank market networks is basically between that of random interbank market networks and that of scale-free interbank market networks.…”

Increased Haematopoietic Supportive Function of USSC from Umbilical Cord Blood Compared to CB MSC and Possible Role of DLK-1
Published 2013-01-01“…Compared to CB MSC, USSC lead to a higher expansion of haematopoietic cells and in addition express significantly higher levels of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP1), but lower levels of IGF2. The data presented here also indicate that DLK-1 might not be the sole factor responsible for the inhibition of adipogenic differentiation potential in USSC but nevertheless indicates a biological diversity among cord blood-derived stromal cells.…”

Estimation of Wheelset Natural Vibration Characteristics Based on Transfer Matrix Method with Various Elastic Beam Models
Published 2021-01-01“…For the wheelset bending modes, if the wheel axle is modelled as the Euler–Bernoulli beam and Timoshenko beam, the natural frequencies can be reflected accurately, especially for the latter one. Due to the lower solving accuracy, the massless beam models are not applicable for the analysis of natural characteristics of the wheelset. …”

Comprehensive Evaluation of Production Water Footprint in Shandong Province
Published 2024-01-01“…As a significant economic and populous region, Shandong Province also grapples with water scarcity. The water footprint concept provides a fresh understanding of water resources, revealing the true utilization extent of the resources.A model and evaluation system for measuring the production water footprint is established to assess water resource utilization in the province from 2010 to 2021.The results indicate that the production water footprint in the studied region experiences fluctuations and presents an overall increasing trend during this period, with higher levels in the western and southern regions and lower ones in the eastern and northern areas. The blue, green, and grey water footprints all display a rising trend.Agriculture accounts for the largest proportion among all the sectors. From a comprehensive perspective, the economic benefits of the production water footprint steadily increase, but the per capita carrying capacity of the production water footprint is relatively poor, with a relatively large water resource pressure index.Generally, Shandong faces unsustainable water resources and considerable water pressure, which highlights the need for timely measures to adjust the industrial structure, enhance water-saving technologies, and improve pollution prevention and control to alleviate current water scarcity.…”
