Retrospective study on the effect of adding heparin sodium saline at different time points on improving severe coagulation in dialyzers (不同时间点追加肝素钠盐水对透析器重度凝血改善作用的回顾性研究)...
Published 2024-05-01“…Conclusion The method of adding heparin sodium saline before re infusion of blood can effectively alleviate the severe coagulation condition of the dialyzer, restore the function of dialyzer, and avoid blood loss, which is better than the method of adding heparin sodium saline after re infusion of blood to start extracorporeal circulation. …”

Dynamic Voltage Balancing Across Series-Connected 10 kV SiC JBS Diodes in Medium Voltage 3L-NPC Power Converter Having Snubberless Series-Connected 10 kV SiC MOSFETs
Published 2024-01-01“…In addition, parasitic base-plate capacitance across mosfets and diodes, along with parasitic bus bar and snubber inductance in the commutation path, contribute to turn-off voltage mismatch and snubber loss in series-connected 10 kV SiC JBS diodes. The mismatch in nonlinear capacitance of series-connected devices (mosfets and diodes) and the nonlinear mosfet <inline-formula><tex-math notation="LaTeX">$i$</tex-math></inline-formula><inline-formula><tex-math notation="LaTeX">$-$</tex-math></inline-formula><inline-formula><tex-math notation="LaTeX">$v_{gs}$</tex-math></inline-formula> curve affect the turn-on and turn-off voltage transitions between complementary switching mosfets and diodes, leading to variations in turn-off voltage mismatch and snubber losses. …”

Unexpected identification of peak systolic velocity in the radial artery as a risk factor for functional primary patency of radiocephalic fistulas
Published 2025-01-01“…The functionality of radiocephalic fistulas would be assessed every 6 months until March 2023, following their unassisted maturation, unless AVF dysfunction, kidney transplantation, mortality or loss to follow-up occurred. Kaplan–Meier analysis was employed to illustrate differences in functional primary patency of radiocephalic fistulas, while log-rank tests were utilized to compare survival curves. …”

The Volatile Composition and Activity Evolution of Main-belt Comet 358P/PANSTARRS
Published 2025-01-01“…Dynamical dust modeling shows that the coma’s morphology as imaged by JWST's NIRCam instrument on 2023 November 22 can be reproduced by asymmetric dust emission from a nucleus with a midrange obliquity ( ε ∼ 80°) with a steady-state mass-loss rate of ∼0.8 kg s ^−1 . Finally, we find similar Af ρ -to-gas ratios of ${\mathrm{log}}_{10}({Af}\rho /{Q}_{{{\rm{H}}}_{2}{\rm{O}}})=-24.8\pm 0.2$ for 358P and ${\mathrm{log}}_{10}({Af}\rho /{Q}_{{{\rm{H}}}_{2}{\rm{O}}})=-24.4\pm 0.2$ for 238P, suggesting that Af ρ could serve as an effective proxy for estimating water production rates in other active main-belt comets. …”
