Global Existence for Two Singular One-Dimensional Nonlinear Viscoelastic Equations with respect to Distributed Delay Term by Abdelbaki Choucha, Salah Mahmoud Boulaaras, Djamel Ouchenane, Ali Allahem

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In this current work, we are interested in a system of two singular one-dimensional nonlinear equations with a viscoelastic, general source and distributed delay terms. The existence of a global solution is established by the theory of potential well, and by using the energy method with the function of Lyapunov, we prove the general decay result of our system.…”

Finite-Time Synchronization for a Class of Multiweighted Complex Networks with Markovian Switching and Time-Varying Delay by Ying Liu, Fei Chen, Bin Yang, Xin Wang, Weiming Wang

    Published 2020-01-01
“…In this paper, we investigate the finite-time synchronization control for a class of nonlinear coupled multiweighted complex networks (NCMWCNs) with Markovian switching and time-varying delay analytically and quantitatively. The value of this study lies in four aspects: First, it designs the finite-time synchronization controller to make the NCMWCNs with Markovian switching and time-varying delay achieve global synchronization in finite time. …”

    Published 2016-01-01
“…The angle of the crossover was not predictive by itself but became significantly protective when the model also considered the crossover point. In summary, both a delay and a blunting of the crossover point predict the development of T2DM.…”

Exponential Admissibility and H∞ Control of Switched Singular Time-Delay Systems: An Average Dwell Time Approach by Jinxing Lin, Zhifeng Gao

    Published 2012-01-01
“…First, by using the average dwell time scheme, the piecewise Lyapunov function, and the free-weighting matrix technique, an exponential admissibility criterion, which is not only delay-range-dependent but also decay-rate-dependent, is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). …”

Event-Based Nonfragile H∞ Filter Design for Networked Control Systems with Interval Time-Varying Delay by Zhongda Lu, Guangtao Ran, Guoliang Zhang, Fengxia Xu

    Published 2018-01-01
“…Under the event-triggered scheme, the filtering error system is modeled as a system with interval time-varying delay. By constructing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and employing Wirtinger inequality, a sufficient condition is derived, which guarantees that the filtering error system is asymptotically stable with the prescribed H∞ performance. …”

Efficient low-delay routing algorithm for opportunistic networks based on cross-layer sensing of encountered nodes by Zhi REN, Jian-wei SUO, Hong CHEN, Zhong-hao XU, Qian-bin CHEN

    Published 2013-10-01
“…An efficient low-delay routing algorithin, name epidemic routing based on cross-layer encountered-node sens-ing (ERCES)was proposed to address the issue that the epidemic-based routing algorithms have some extralatency in sensing encountered nodes and extra overhead in exchanging data packets.ERCES achieves to speed sensing encountered nodes through cross-layer design among the PHY,MAC,and network layers. Moreover,to reduce overhead and to de-crease data latency,it makes a node send novel data packet immediately after encountering other nodes, sends the packets close-by their destinations firstly after receiving summary vector(SV)packets, adaptively varies the period of HELLO packets and deletes the packets reaching their destinations from nodes' memory with the help of SVs.Theoretical anal-,ysis verifies the effectiveness of ERCES.And simulation results show that ERCES reduces by at least 11.3% the control overhead by at least 8.2%,2.1% memory overhead by more than 2.1%,and the average end-to-end delay by at least 11.3%.…”
