Novel Global Exponential Stability Criterion for Recurrent Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delay
Published 2013-01-01“…The problem of global exponential stability for recurrent neural networks with time-varying delay is investigated. By dividing the time delay interval [0,τ(t)] into K+1 dynamical subintervals, a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is introduced; then, a novel linear-matrix-inequality (LMI-) based delay-dependent exponential stability criterion is derived, which is less conservative than some previous literatures (Zhang et al., 2005; He et al., 2006; and Wu et al., 2008). …”

H∞ Estimation for a Class of Lipschitz Nonlinear Discrete-Time Systems with Time Delay
Published 2011-01-01“…Finally, through guaranteeing the positivity of the minimum, a sufficient condition for the existence of the H∞ estimator is proposed and the estimator is derived in terms of Riccati-like difference equations. …”

Improved Stability Criteria of Static Recurrent Neural Networks with a Time-Varying Delay
Published 2014-01-01“…This paper investigates the stability of static recurrent neural networks (SRNNs) with a time-varying delay. Based on the complete delay-decomposing approach and quadratic separation framework, a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed. …”

Blunt Isolated Small Bowel Perforation Intervention: Does a Delay in Management Matter?
Published 2020-01-01“…Blunt small bowel injury is rare, and its timely diagnosis may be difficult. The effects of a delayed intervention on prognosis are unclear. We aimed to determine whether the time to surgical intervention affects outcomes in patients with blunt small bowel perforation. …”

Hyperpath Searching Algorithm considering Delay at Intersection and Its Application in CVIS for Vehicle Navigation
Published 2022-01-01“…The periodic change of intersection signals in urban road systems is the leading cause of uncertain delays. Therefore, aiming to minimize the travel time on the road segments and the expected delay at the intersections, a hyperpath search method based on intersection signal timing is proposed. …”
