STUDY ON THE CAGE STRENGTH OF CONSTANT VELOCITY JOINT UNDER LIMIT ANGLE by HOU WenLiang, LU Xi, WANG MengFei

    Published 2018-01-01
“…Cage is one of the key components of constant velocity joint. The cage is in the dangerous situation when the CV joint in the limit Angle, thus the strength of the cage under the limit Angle plays an important role in meeting the requirements for the design and manufacturing. The strength of cage was studied by experiment and the finite element simulation.First of all, stress state and dangerous area were obtained through simulation under the condition of the limit Angle and torque. The fracture torque of the cage was studied by torsion test. Finally, the hardness of the cage was measured by the micro hardness tester, and the distribution regulation that the strength of the cage was obtained by the transformation of the hardness and strength. The results show that the cage strength meets the requirements. This study can provide technical basis for design and manufacturing.…”

Finite Element Analysis of Top Cover Bolts of Hydraulic Turbine Based on ANSYS Workbench by ZHAO Junjie, YU Bo, OU Qian, SU Ting, WANG Yi

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The working conditions of the hydraulic turbine are frequently changed. If the connecting bolts between the top cover and the stay ring are subjected to a load, and they are loose or broken, the serious consequences such as the plant flooding and even the machine destruction and death may occur. This paper establishes the calculation model of the connecting bolts between the top cover and the stay ring of hydraulic turbine by the ANSYS Workbench software, and calculates and analyzes the maximum stress of connecting bolts and the position of the dangerous section under different load rejection conditions by the finite element analysis method. The calculation results show that:when the load rejection is 82.5 MW,the stress on the connecting bolts is the largest. Therefore, the ultrasonic online monitoring and early warning system shall be applied to monitor the most dangerous bolts in real time to prevent accidents.…”

Android application privacy protection mechanism based on virtual machine bytecode injection by Yubo SONG, Qi CHEN, Rui SONG, Aiqun HU

    Published 2021-06-01
“…To solve the abuse of the Android application permission mechanism, a method of Android application access control based on virtual machine bytecode injection technology was proposed. The security policy in the form of virtual machine bytecode was generated according to the user’s security requirement and usage scenario, and injected into the coding unit of Android application that involves dangerous permission request and sensitive data access, to realize dynamic application behavior control.Tests on applications crawled from four mainstream domestic App stores show that the method can effectively intercept sensitive API calls and dangerous permission requests of legitimate App programs and implement control according to pre-specified security policies. Also, after injecting virtual machine bytecode, most of the App program operation is not affected by the injected code, and the robustness is guaranteed. The proposed method has a good universality.…”
