SVM classifier for telecom user arrears based on boundary samples-based under-sampling approaches
Published 2017-09-01“…Telecom users’ arrears forecasting is a classification problem of unbalanced data set.To deal with the problem that the traditional SVM on the unbalanced date set had a low detection accuracy of minority class,a novel method was proposed.Based on the fact that the position of classification plane was determined by the boundary samples, the proposed method was implemented via removing some of samples closed to the classification plane to avoid the deficiency of the traditional SVM algorithm. Finally, the proposed method was compared with other approaches on unbalanced data sets. The simulation results show that the proposed method can not only increase the detection accuracy of minority but also improve the overall classification performance.…”

Autonomous Orbit Determination for Lagrangian Navigation Satellite Based on Neural Network Based State Observer
Published 2017-01-01“…In order to improve the accuracy of the dynamical model used in the orbit determination of the Lagrangian navigation satellites, the nonlinear perturbations acting on Lagrangian navigation satellites are estimated by a neural network. A neural network based state observer is applied to autonomously determine the orbits of Lagrangian navigation satellites using only satellite-to-satellite range. …”

Study of spectrum sharing in integrated satellite-terrestrial system based on space-based interference cartography
Published 2024-03-01“…To deal with the spectrum demand of new low earth orbit satellite (LEO) communication component and the aggregate interference generated by incumbent terrestrial component in future integrated satellite-terrestrial system, a novel space-borne spectrum-sensing (SS) and spectrum-database assisted spectrum-sharing scheme with interweave model for LEO cognitive system was proposed.Firstly, considering the adverse impact of the sparse distribution of LEO cognitive node (CN) on SS and interference cartography (IC), the concept of cognitive node position was put forward.Secondly, the spectrum-DB was built based on dual-threshold hybrid SS and IC with LEO cognitive system. Finally, a spectrum-sharing scheme with multi-state virtual network (MSVN) was designed, which could make the coexistence between terrestrial component and uplink of LEO component available.Simulation results indicate that the spectrum-database approach based on the proposed dual-threshold hybrid SS and IC can support the spectrum awareness of high reliability with relatively low-density LEO CN, and that the proposed cooperative access scheme based on spectrum-database and interweave model for LEO component can share spectrum with terrestrial one, but not significantly increase the end-to-end delay of LEO component.…”

Application-oriented resource matching model based on trust for internet-based virtual computing environment
Published 2013-09-01“…In order to solve the problem of reasonable resource s ing in the virtual computing environment (iVCE),a resource matching model, based on trust “resource sliding window” model, was proposed.Firstly, the resources were classified in advance by their static properties. Then the resource nodes were evaluated by a trust model based on the time window and Bayesian algorithm, and the evaluated results as well as the resource load were fused to determine the levels of the dynamic real-time performance. Finally, the scheduling resources were allocated according to the comprehensive assessment of the static and dynamic properties of the resource nodes. The proposed model provides a basis of scheduling strategy for different resources with different tasks and attributes, thus achieving the goal of “proper resources’ serving proper tasks”.Simulation results show that, compared the previous scheduling algorithm, the proposed model has better performance in the success rate of task execution and the rate of resource utilization.…”
