Dynamics Analysis and Simulation of the Thread Take-up and Needle Bar Mechanism in High Speed Industrial Flat Sewing Machine
Published 2015-01-01“…Aiming at the high speed requirement of industrial flat sewing machine,The kinematics and dynamics models of the thread take-up and needle bar mechanisms are established by using the closed-loop vector method and the simultaneous constraint method,and its kinematics and dynamics equations are deduced.Applying the Simulink module built in the Matlab,the simulink model of the mechanism is built and executed.By analyzing the inertia force and the force in kinematic pair on the mechanism,the conclusion that there is a periodic force which liked an impact force acting on each kinematic pair is obtained.And the periodic forces would cause the rack vibration as well as the abrasion of the kinematic pairs.The analysis for the thread take-up and needle bar mechanism based on the dynamic static analysis method lays a foundation for the further improvement of sewing machine.…”

Mechatronic Joint Modeling and Simulation for Intermittent Chain Transmission System based on RecurDyn
Published 2015-01-01“…In order to determine the motor drive motion of intermittent chain transmission,the recursive modeling approach based on relative coordinates in Recur Dyn is studied.Combining with permanent magnet synchronous motor model,the dynamics model of intermittent chain transmission system and motor model are established in Recur Dyn and Matlab / Simulink separately,and the correctness of the two models are verified.Using Recur Dyn / control module to combine with both,mechatronic simulation is carried out under three kinematic law of intermittent motion.The simulation results show that,compared to modification constant velocity( MCV) kinematic law,modification sine( MS) and modification trapezoid( MT) kinematic law for intermittent drive is better,and MT kinematic law can give motor higher torque store margin and lower overload requirements.…”
