Network function heterogeneous redundancy deployment method based on immune algorithm by Qingqing ZHANG, Hongbo TANG, Wei YOU, Yingle LI

    Published 2021-02-01
“…Aiming at the problem that the existing security defense methods cannot resist many unknown vulnerabilities and backdoors in the network function virtualization platform, a mimic defense architecture for network function virtualization using mimic defense ideas was proposed, a heterogeneous redundant deployment method based on an immune algorithm for the construction of heterogeneous pools was proposed.Firstly, the degree of heterogeneity between heterogeneous entities was quantitatively evaluated in combination with the entropy value method, then the network function heterogeneous redundant deployment problem was constructed into a minimax problem with the optimization goal of maximizing the degree of heterogeneity between heterogeneous entities, and finally the immune algorithm was used to quickly solve the optimal deployment solution of network functions.Simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly converge to an optimal deployment scheme and ensure that the overall distribution of heterogeneity between heterogeneous bodies is at a high level, effectively increasing the diversity between heterogeneous bodies and improving the attacker's difficulty.…”

The Wandering Character in the Coen Brothers’ Films: When the Southern Gothic Meets the Western by Julie Assouly

    Published 2018-07-01
“…Focusing on an analysis of the Coen brothers’ Western/Southern films through the critical tool of the wandering character, this article will seek to emphasize the possible parallels that can be drawn between Southern and Western cultures, in literature and cinema, arguing that the Gothic roots of the wandering character were transferred from European literature to American Western and Southern literatures and popular culture, thus becoming essential to the generic hybridization pervading the Coens’ filmography.…”

Recognition algorithm of non punctured polarization codes based on structural characteristics of coding matrix by Yao WANG, Xiang WANG, Guodong YANG, Zhitao HUANG

    Published 2022-02-01
“…In order to solve the problems of complexity and poor error adaptability in the blind recognition of standard non-punctured polarization codes, the theorems and propositions that could characterize the relationship between the code length and code rate, and distinguish information subchannel and frozen subchannel were proved.Based on the theorem and proposition, an efficient blind recognition algorithm was proposed. The proposed algorithm only needed to set the possible maximum code length, and the corresponding soft decision codewords matrixes and Kronecker matrixes were constructed.Based on the theorem and proposition proved, the check relationship between the two matrices was judged and the code rate and frozen bit position were estimated. The average likelihood difference was introduced as the test quantity, and the decision threshold was determined based on its theoretical probability distribution and minimax criterion. The simulation results show that the deduced theorem and propositions are consistent with the simulation results.Under the signal-to-noise ratio of 6 dB and code length of 1 024, the parameter recognition rate is still close to 100%.The recognition performance and computational complexity are better than the existing soft decision algorithms.…”

Damage toughness assessment method of power backbone communication network based on power big data by Xue HAN

    Published 2023-05-01
“…The damage toughness assessment method of power backbone communication network based on power big data was studied, and the damage toughness assessment results were used to formulate protection strategies and improve the network survivability. The power backbone communication network and the attacker were set as the two sides of the game, and the Nash equilibrium strategy of both sides was determined by the minimax method. The damage probability of nodes was obtained by the Nash equilibrium strategy, and the node damage probability was transformed into the network damage form.According to the network damage pattern, the repair conditions contained in the power big data were obtained by cloud computing technology.According to the importance of each node, the repair resources and repair budget were allocated to the nodes in order. The performance time-history response curve of the power backbone communication network was constructed, and the dynamic evaluation results of the network damage toughness were output. The experimental results show that all operations using cloud computing technology to process massive power big data can not exceed 330 ms.When the repair budget and repair resources are the highest, the damage toughness of the power backbone communication network can reach 0.925 at most, indicating that this method can effectively evaluate the damage toughness of the power backbone communication network.…”
