    “… Aún existen aspectos poco investigados que podrían asegurar la calidad en las organizaciones universitarias a pesar del constante avance en el conocimiento, la globalización y la búsqueda de la calidad en la educación superior han permitido a la gestión universitaria identificar las brechas actuales para atender las demandas de los grupos de interés y partes interesadas, el presente artículo tiene por objetivo, describir la percepción del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje durante la especialización de enfermería en una universidad privada de Cusco, investigación de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva y de corte transversal, la muestra fue conformada por 81 licenciados en enfermería entre varones y mujeres, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario denominado, percepción del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach ,9.45 la cual resulto excelente, la prueba de Kolmogórov-Smirnov (KS) reporto (Sig. 000, P<.05) la cual sé interpreta que la variable y dimensiones no asumen una distribución normal,  para describir los resultados se utilizó tablas de contingencia, estadística descriptiva y el estadístico de Kruskal Wallis para contrastar hipótesis, los resultados demostraron que los estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en enfermería de la universidad del Cusco el (51.9%) percibió el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de nivel bajo, al igual que en la dimensión organizativa el (43.3%) la percepción fue bajo, se concluye, las organizaciones universitarias deben alinearse a los contextos y exigencias de la globalización  de la educación superior en el rediseño y redefinición de los procesos educativos en busca de la calidad. …”
