血卟啉衍生物对鼻咽癌放射治疗效应观察

“…为了从临床观察血卟啉衍生物（ＨＰＤ）对鼻咽癌是否有加强放疗效应的作用，作者选取病理确诊１～Ⅳａ期初诊鼻咽癌９８例，按Ｔ、Ｎ、Ｍ和性别配对分为ＨＰＤ加放射组（实验组）和单纯放射组（对照组），均采用５０钴γ射线连续常规分割放射治疗。从鼻咽间接镜检查和ＣＴ扫描检查分析鼻咽原发灶的消退情况来看，实验组全消率分别为１００％，６５．３％，对照组全消率分别为７３．５％，３２．７％，两组差别有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；颈部淋巴结转移灶，实验组全消率为９２．３％，明显高于对照组５９％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；计算ＨＰＤ的放射增敏比为１．４－１．５；两组急性放射反应和毒性反应无差别，说明血卟啉衍生物能提高鼻咽癌放疗的近期效应，配合放疗是安全的，远期疗效则有待观察。…”
