“…المستخلص:هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات منهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر بمكتبات جامعة الأزهر المتمثلة في (المتطلبات العامة، متطلبات الصياغة، متطلبات التطبيق، متطلبات التقويم) وذلك من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الواقع الإداري لمكتبات جامعة الأزهر وتحليله، وقياس مدي توافر متطلبات منهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر بمكتبات جامعة الأزهر، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 71 مكتبة كلية بكليات جامعة الأزهر، وبلغ عدد العاملين بها 272 فردًا، وبلغ عدد عينة مجتمع الدراسة (194) فردًا من الذين أجابوا عن الاستبانة بنسبة 71,3% من إجمالي عدد العاملين في مكتبات جامعة الأزهر محل الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أن متطلبات منهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة في مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر؛ حيث تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية للمتطلبات العامة، ومتطلبات الصياغة، ومتطلبات التطبيق، ومتطلبات التقويم لمنهجية كايزن بين (2,35إلي 3,67)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مكتبات جامعة الأزهر تتبع الأسلوب التقليدي في الإدارة، وأن معظم العاملين لا يتوافر لديهم المعرفة بمنهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم العقبات، والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق منهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر بمكتبات جامعة الأزهر هي: النقص الشديد في الموارد المادية، والبشرية، والتقنية، وقلة وعي العاملين بمنهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر، وعدم التزام الإدارة العليا بتطبيق الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة وتبنيها، ومن أبرز التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة ضرورة تبني الإدارة العليا لمنهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر بتطبيقها وجعلها نمط، وأسلوب، وخطة عمل للوصول إلى مستويات متميزة في الأداء.…”
