“…【目的】 本研究旨在探讨PLC delta1 在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义65377;【方法】 采用免疫组化方法,检测PLC delta1在223例上皮性卵巢肿瘤(183例卵巢癌和对照组40例交界性卵巢肿瘤)组织芯片中的表达;结合患者的临床资料,分析PLC delta1的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的关系65377;【结果】 在有效检测的197例上皮性卵巢肿瘤标本中,大多数(25例,80.6%)交界性肿瘤呈现正常表达,而在卵巢癌中,多数(91例54.8%)肿瘤出现PLC delta1的过度表达,两者存在显著差异(P < 0.000 1);而且PLC delta1在卵巢癌中表达与肿瘤的临床分期65380;患者年龄有显著的相关性(P < 0.000 1)65377;【结论】 PLC delta1在卵巢癌组织中的过度表达与肿瘤的恶性进展密切相关,可能是未来检测卵巢癌的一种有价值的新肿瘤标志物65377;…”
