Opportunistic routing algorithm based on trust model for ad hoc network by Bo WANG, Xun-xun CHEN

    Published 2013-09-01
“…Due to the absence of enough physical protection, dynamic topology, distributed collaboration, the limited bandwidth and computing ability in ad hoc network, traditional routing security mechanism cannot adapt to the design of routing protocols.Recently, opportunistic routing is of the research hotspots, which can cope with the unreliable transmissions to improve throughput of the whole network by exploiting the broadcast nature of the wireless medium and spatial diversity of multi-hop wireless network. The concept of trust-based similarity in opportunistic routing for ad hoc network was incorporated, and a novel trusted opportunistic forwarding model based on trust degree of node and least cost of opportunistic routing were also built. Then a trusted minimum cost routing algorithm (MCOR) was proposed and the correctness and effectiveness of this algorithm from theoretical ana ysis were proved. Finally,MCOR algorithm was verified by simulation and was compared with the classic protocols:ExOR,TAODV and Watchdog-DSR.The simulation results show that MCOR scheme can detect and mitigate node misbehaviors.Furthermore,MCOR scheme outperforms the other protocols in terms of throughput, delay, expected ETX and cost of routing.…”

Adaptive channel status based access class barring scheme for traffic emergency communication by Jiao WANG, Gongan QIU, Shibing ZHANG

    Published 2022-01-01
“…In high-density cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X), effective massive access method of cluster communications is the basis to assure the performance index for different services and enhance the spectrum efficiency under limited resource. An improved access class barring (ACB) scheme was proposed using channel status information based on computing power of communication terminal in C-V2X.The base station estimated the communication density within its cover range, generated the ACB factor using the communication density, and broadcasted the ACB.According to signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) and ACB factor of the received broadcast signal, the vehicular communication terminal computed the access probability, and compared with ACB factor. When the access probability was more than the ACB factor, the terminal selected a preamble randomly from the preamble pool with the probability which equal to the access probability or one.The terminal transmited the selected preamble to the base station for finishing the access program. The simulation results show that the scheme proposed has 5%~20% advantage over S-Aloha and machine to machine opportunistic splitting algorithm (M2M-OSA) schemes in average access collision probability. It reduces the average access delay effectively.…”

Realtime Precise Orbit Determination Technology for LEO Mega-Constellation by Zhen LI, Chuang SHI

    Published 2024-03-01
“…Supported by GNSS, it analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of solving LEO satellite orbit on the ground or onboard the satellites. The high-fidelity non-conservative force models were applied to the real-time orbit determination algorithm. To separate the kinematic and dynamic orbit determination process had been a great advantage for LEO satellites with much frequent orbital maneuvers. The test results showed that the accuracy of accelerations computed from the radiation pressure and atmospheric drag non-conservation force models were around 5 nm/s2.Use the broadcast ephemeris, the real-time orbit determination algorithm could get an accuracy of 0.8 m in the satellites′ positions and 1.1 mm/s accuracy in the satellites′ velocity. When the real-time precise ephemeris of GNSS satellites were provided, the algorithm could get an accuracy of 8 cm in the LEO satellites′ position and 0.1 mm/s in the velocity. The method for real-time orbit determination and orbit prediction in this paper could be used to support the construction of navigation system with the mega-constellations.…”
