A systematic review on the trend of transcriptomic study in livestock: An effort to unwind the complexity of adaptation in a climate change environment
Published 2025-01-01“…Our analysis demonstrates the growing popularity and application of transcriptome approaches in the investigation of the response of ruminants, pigs, and poultry livestock to heat stress. Majority of the works was done in chicken and cattle using multiple organs as the sample, with qRT-PCR as the most employed technique. …”

STUDY ON VIBRATION FATIGUE OF SUBWAY VEHICLE BODY BASED ON RIGID-FLEXIBLE COUPLING DYNAMICS
Published 2022-01-01“…The vehicle body is an important bearing structure of railway vehicles, which can bear dynamic loads from passengers and bogies. The reliability of the structure is directly related to the service safety of the vehicle.Based on the existing vehicle body standard EN12663, this paper firstly studies the static strength and fatigue strength of the vehicle body, and identifies the static weak position of the vehicle body under standard load.In order to further identify the weak position of the vehicle body under service conditions, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of subway vehicle is established based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic theory and finite element method.Using the modal stress recovery method, the dynamic weak positions in various service modes are identified, and the vehicle modes which contribute a lot to each weak position are analyzed. Finally, based on the subway rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model, the dynamic stress characteristic of vehicle body weak position under various service conditions is analyzed, and the service life of key welds of vehicle body structure is predicted based on monte Carlo sampling and Miner linear cumulative damage theory.…”

Social network-based trustworthy routing in delay tolerant networks
Published 2010-01-01“…A trustworthy routing protocol was proposed based on social networks for delay tolerant networks(DTN),which ensured the messages to be sent to the destination node efficiently and reliably against more selfness nodes. With a method of relation evaluation among nodes in social networks, the relation intensity matrix between the groups was fig-ured out.The source node chose proper member nodes as next intermediate node to forward the messages according to the relation intensity matrix, which avoided the messages to be sent to the selfness nodes and reduced the probability of dropping the messages. At the same time, due to intermittent connectivity of DTN,a method of identity-based cryptogra-phy was introduced during the process of messages forwarding,it ensured the security of messages forwarding. The ex-periments show that our method can ensure the security and efficiency of messages to the destination.…”
