Subgroup analysis revealed that the association between early ondansetron use and decreased risk of sepsis was significant in participants aged <65 years, men, not complicated with trauma, no surgery, systemic inflammatory response syndrome ≥2, Charlson Comorbidity Index ≥2, with ventilation use, without antibiotics use or without insulin use. …”
