Rescue RM/CS-AKI by blocking strategy with one-dose anti-myoglobin RabMAb by Xinyue Wang, Ning Li, Lu Han, Ou Qiao, Xin Chen, Pengtao Wang, Lancao Zhang, Yingjie Hou, Fengjiao Bao, Herui Hao, Sania Saeed, Li Zhang, Zizheng Li, Xiaohong Duan, Shuquan Rao, Zichuan Liu, Yanhua Gong

    Published 2025-01-01
“…A single dose of anti-Mb RabMAb injection is sufficient for emergency rescue in both homologous and heterologous RM/CS-AKI male animal models. The main goal of blocking the passage of free Mb through the glomerular filtration barrier has been achieved by using the anti-Mb RabMAb, which has a long-term stable therapeutic effect within 14 days and promotes phagocytosis of Mb. …”

Adaptive-clustered image-block hierarchical DCT hybrid digital-analog wireless transmission method by Shu TANG, Peng YANG, Xianzhong XIE, Guangyi ZHOU, Jiaqing LI, Yu ZHAO

    Published 2024-01-01
“…In order to achieve high quality image transmission, a novel hybrid digital-analog (HDA) wireless transmission method was proposed.Firstly, the image residual layer was constructed by subtracting the downsampled and upsampled images from the original image respectively.Secondly, an adaptive-clustered block-level discrete cosine transform (DCT) algorithm was proposed to efficiently remove the correlation between image pixels in the residual layer. Finally, an image block level-based unequal power allocation strategy for further boosting the quality of received images was proposed.Extensive experiments results demonstrate that the proposed method is significantly superior to existing successful hybrid digital analog image wireless transmission methods in both qualitative evaluation and quantitative measurement.…”

Background reference frame generation method for surveillance video based on image block codebook model by Wei ZHANG, Yu WANG, Xinyi CHEN, Yanwen WANG, Qingyang JING, Weimin LEI

    Published 2023-01-01
“…To solve the problems that the background reference frames are seriously contaminated by the foreground, and the bit rate increases suddenly incurred by the one-time transmission of the background frames, a progressive background frame generation method with image block as the basic unit was proposed for surveillance video application. An image block codebook model based on clustering was formulated. The image blocks at the same position in the video sequence were effectively clustered by using perceptual hash-based element matching. The background symbol was accurately detected by using the characteristics of the background image area.A complete background frame was produced by extracting the background blocks in different frames based on the codebook model.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves 17.89% coding efficiency for luma component compared with standard HM16.20, and can effectively improve the quality of the produced background reference frame.Besides, the proposed method complexity meets the real-time requirements of video applications.…”

Inter-block 4-erasure-correcting coding scheme for real-time bulk data transfer by Gang CHEN, Jun-feng ZHU, Shi-le ZHANG, Bai-feng WU

    Published 2012-06-01
“…Most of the existing erasure-correcting codes were limited by encoding/decoding complexities and encoded data size. They were not suitable for use in the real-time applications that orient bulk data based on blocks or packages. Therefore,a novel inter-block 4-erasure-correcting coding scheme for real-time bulk data transfer was presented.Based on single parity-check codes incorporated with the features of GF(28)field in finite field, the present coding scheme could tolerate simultaneous failures of four blocks with only four redundancy blocks for a group of continuous data.Meanwhile, its encoding/decoding complexities had linear relationship with respect to the size of data blocks and it supported arbitrary size of data.Furthermore,it was proved to have MDS property, thus achieving optimal erasure-correcting capability with the same redundancy information.Theoretical and experimental analysis showed that the present coding scheme could code with 27 continuous data blocks at most.…”
