    “…هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي بأبعادها (قدرة النظام، سلوك المستخدم، التدريب والتطوير، توفر الخبراء) ودورها في تحسين جودة الخدمات في الاتحادت والنقابات فى المحافظات الجنوبيه الفلسطينية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام استبيان منظم لجمع البيانات التي تساهم في تطوير أهداف الدراسة، ويتألف مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المنتسبين في الاتحادت والنقابات العاملة فى المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية والبالغ عددهم (13045) منتسبا، وتم استخدام العينة العشوائية لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة من خلال استبيان الكتروني، حيث بلغت العينة (206) مفردة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التقدير العام لتقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي جاء بمستوى متوسط وبوزن نسبي (65.43%)، وجاء محور تحسين جودة الخدمات بدرجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي (68.14%)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة وأثر لأبعاد تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي في تحسين جودة الخدمات لدى الاتحادت والنقابات العاملة فى المحافظات الجنوبيه الفلسطينية، وجاء ترتيب أبعاد تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي على النحو التالي: (قدرة النظام، سلوك المستخدم، توفر الخبراء، التدريب والتطوير). …”
