Investigation of Adolescent Pregnancy Outcomes and Postpartum Depression Frequency and Risk Factors: Prospective Case Control Study by Mehmet Sukru Budak, Sedat Akgol

    Published 2020-08-01
“…Results: The frequency of PPD was higher in adolescent patients than in adult patients but the difference was not considered statistically significant (p> 0.05). In adolescent and adult patients, the following factors were found to increase PPD risk: illiteracy, living in an urban area, divorced parents, having fewer than 4 siblings, anemia and caesarean delivery. …”

Dinâmica territorial dos Sistemas Agroflorestais em áreas de várzea e terra firme, na Amazônia oriental by Wagner Luiz Nascimento do Nascimento, Roberta de Fátima Rodrigues Coelho, François Laurent

    Published 2024-10-01
“…This article analyzes the influence of production dynamics on the agricultural development of two municipalities in the Eastern Amazon, based on their historical and cultural trajectories, in order to understand the role played by territorial specificities in the establishment and dissemination of Agroforestry Systems (SAFs). The research was carried out in the municipalities of Igarapé Miri and Tomé Açu, using exploratory and descriptive research of a qualitative and quantitative nature, interviews with family farmers and observations of their properties. …”

Optimal relay selection for full duplex SWIPT-NOMA systems with maximal throughput by Taoshen LI, Anni SHI, Zhe WANG, Lu HE

    Published 2021-05-01
“…To improve the performance of 5G communication system, a full duplex Internet of things (IoT) relay system model was built by introducing the non-orthogonal multi-access (NOMA) technology. For the relay system of simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT), it was considered that the relay node can harvest the energy of the source node, the self-interference signal of the loop channel and the free energy access point (EAP), and NOMA technology was used to forward the source node signal and its own signal to different destination nodes.Based on the model, a power distribution collaboration SWIPT relay selection strategy was proposed to optimize system throughput.Firstly, the problem model was established based on the constraints of communication quality of service and transmission power of source nodes. And then, the original nonlinear 0-1 programming problem was converted into a pair of coupling optimization problem by mathematical transformation, and the optimal relay selection of outer optimization problem was solved based on the optimal solution of the internal optimization problem. Finally, an optimal relay selection algorithm was used to maximize system throughput.Simulation results show that the proposed model and strategy are superior to the traditional maximum-minimum relay selection schemes in terms of throughput gain, and the consideration of EAP can significantly improve the interrupt performance.…”
