    “…این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مقایسه‌ی روش‌های درمانی رادیوتراپی و پلاسمای سرد بر رده‌های سلولی سرطانی ملانوما و سالم فیبروبلاست انجام شد.روش‌ها: سلول‌های سرطانی ملانوما (DFW) و سالم فیبروبلاست (HFF) تحت رادیوتراپی با دزهای 1، 2 و 4 گری و تابش پلاسمای سرد در زمان‌های مختلف 15، 30، 60 و 90 ثانیه قرار گرفتند. سپس نتایج آزمون MTT  با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. علاوه بر این، میزان آپپتوز نیز در هر گروه با استفاده از آزمون فلوسایتومتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: در حالیکه درصد بقا در سلول‌های ملانوما درمان شده با رادیوتراپی حتی در دزهای بالا، تغییرات چشمگیری نسبت به گروه شاهد نداشت، در سلول‌های درمان شده با پلاسمای سرد به 36 درصد رسید. …”
