Ni-catalysed acceptorless dehydrogenative aromatisation of cyclohexanones enabled by concerted catalysis specific to supported nanoparticles by Takehiro Matsuyama, Takafumi Yatabe, Tomohiro Yabe, Kazuya Yamaguchi

    Published 2025-02-01
“…Ni is a promising candidate catalyst as a congener of Pd, but thermally Ni-catalysed dehydrogenative aromatisation has not been reported even in an oxidative manner because of the difficulty of β-hydride elimination and the fast re-insertion of Ni–H species. Here, we report a CeO2-supported Ni(0) nanoparticle catalyst for acceptorless dehydrogenative aromatisation of cyclohexanone derivatives. …”

A Zone-Based Self-Organized Handover Scheme for Heterogeneous Mobile and Ad Hoc Networks by Murad Khan, Kijun Han

    Published 2014-06-01
“…One of the major challenges in this regard is the management of handover system between various networks. This paper proposes a handover management scheme by dividing the total coverage area of the base station (BS) or access point (AP) into three different zones (strong, average, and weak zones), respectively, on the basis of receive signal strength indication (RSSI) to provide fast vertical handover support in heterogeneous wireless networks. …”

Progress in Flood Risk Assessment Based on Data-Driven Methods by HE Xinyu, TIAN Wenchong, ZHANG Zhiyu, LIAO Zhenliang

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Flood is one of the most common natural disasters in China, which has made a serious impact on China's economy and society.Flood risk assessment can help management decision makers prevent and reduce flood losses in flood-prone areas. In recent years,data-driven methods have played an increasingly important role in flood risk modeling due to their fast modeling processes and accurate spatial prediction capabilities. This paper summarizes the research progress in data-driven methods applied to flood risk assessment and divides data-driven methods into two categories,i.e.…”

Research on Spaceborne Multi-Beam Phased Array Fed Refl ector Antenna by Tao YANG, Lei LI, Yongqing ZOU

    Published 2022-06-01
“…Spaceborne multi-beam antenna is one of the main means to meet the needs of high-capacity and high-speed satellite communication services, and is widely used in various satellite communication systems.Various forms of antennas, such as spaceborne phased array multi-beam antenna, lens multi-beam antenna, conventional refl ector multi-beam antenna and phased array fed reflector multi-beam antenna were introduced. Here, a novel phased array fed reflector multi-beam antenna was demonstrated, the corresponding design method was given, and the prototype was developed and verifi ed.The proposed antenna has the characteristics of transmitting and receiving common aperture, small array size, low cost, scalable beam quantity, fast agility, high dynamic deployment effi ciency as well as good platform adaptability.Compared with the two-dimensional phased array antenna system, the antenna could achieved more beams.Compared with the multi-beam refl ector antenna, it could also realized the agility scanning of all beams and the centralized call ability of 93%~97%.…”
