“… تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ: التوظيف الإعلامي التقليدي للمقدسات الإسلامية في الحجاز في العهد العثماني (1880-1918م) إلى تسليط الضوء على استخدام العثمانيين لهذه الوسائل الإعلامية، واقتضت الدراسة استخدام منهج البحث التاريخي لتوصيف هذه الوسائل الإعلامية التقليدية وتحليل عملية استخدامها، إذ احتوى البحث على أربعة محاور ومقدمة وخاتمة، تناول المحور الأول مدخل تمهيد، وخصص المحور الثاني لدور وسائل الإعلام التقليدية في تشكيل الهوية الإسلامية لدى الحجاج، في حين تناول المحور الثالث توظيف العثمانيين للخدمات المقدمة للحرمين الشريفين إعلاميًا أما المحور الرابع والأخير فتناول نماذج من استخدام العثمانيين لوسائل الإعلام التقليدية في الحجاز، واختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة تضمنت جملة من النتائج المتعلقة بالموضوع ومن ابرزها تحقيق العثمانيين فوائد كبيرة من وراء استخدام بعض نماذج وسائل الإعلام التقليدية في الحجاز لتلبية حاجتهم في ارشاد الناس واعادة توجيههم في موسم الحج.…”
