Kellerman in the program of in-depth periodic medical examinations of persons working in the Context with industrial aerosols of chemical and fibrogenic nature, potentially dangerous for the formation of occupational chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and in the program of providing medical care to patients with COPD in its isolated and combined course with hypertension in pulmonology centers and occupational pathology centers at the federal and regional levels, taking into account the identified psychological changes and the need for their timely psychological correction, including the use of pharmacological drugs.…”
