Degradation and Migration Characteristics and Water‐Inrush Mechanism of Overburden Roof Under High‐Intensity Mining by Min Cao, Shangxian Yin, Xu Wang, Shuqian Li, Qixing Li, Yulong Di

    Published 2025-04-01
“…Overburden failure in high‐intensity mining exhibits a “Π” shape, with the failure height primarily influenced by the high‐intensity mining mode, overburden structural combination, and the load of the “beam‐arch structure,” as well as the overburden dilatation coefficient. (3) Numerical simulation results indicate that under different mining height conditions, larger mining heights result in more pronounced settlement of the main key layer, with step subsidence and sliding phenomena observed on both sides of the key layer. (4) Based on the aforementioned research methods, this paper explores the formation mechanisms of separation layers in both single‐seam and multi‐seam mining, focusing on the analysis of repeated disturbances in multi‐seam mining, dynamic water inrush, and structural water inrush modes. …”

Reliability Analysis in Presence of Random Variables and Fuzzy Variables by Cui Lijie, Lü Zhenzhou, Li Guijie

    Published 2015-01-01
“…For mixed uncertainties of random variables and fuzzy variables in engineering, three indices, that is, interval reliability index, mean reliability index, and numerical reliability index, are proposed to measure safety of structure. Comparing to the reliability membership function for measuring the safety in case of mixed uncertainties, the proposed indices are more intuitive and easier to represent the safety degree of the engineering structure, and they are more suitable for the reliability design in the case of the mixed uncertainties. …”

Analyzing the complex properties of bank account transaction network by Fang LYU, Xinlin ZHANG, Wei WANG, Junheng HUANG, Bailing WANG

    Published 2019-08-01
“…Firstly,a general directed and weighted transaction network model is built on the basis of the transaction characteristics of bank accounts.Secondly, referring to the definition of complex network, the complex network properties of the transaction network are verified from two levels of network structure and node. The network structure properties includes static properties, named scale-free property and small-world property, and dynamic evolution property, that is self-organization property. In addition, the attractor property is utilized for verifying the dynamical characteristic of complex network nodes. Finally,on the real bank account transaction data contains illegal pyramid marketing activities, the following conclusions were drawn:the network has scale-free property,small-word property, partially self-organization property and strange attractors.…”

    Published 2017-01-01
“…The Hurst exponent of the allometric parameter change is greater than 0.5, indicating persistence and a long-term memory of urban evolution. The main conclusions can be reached as follows: the allometric scaling law of cities represents an evolutionary order rather than an invariable rule, which emerges from self-organized process of urbanization, and the ideas from allometry and fractals can be combined to optimize spatial and hierarchical structure of urban systems in future city planning.…”
