Properties of virtual MIMO signal and interference in cooperation cognitive networks
Published 2012-05-01“…A virtual MIMO scheme based on cooperation of the prim and secondary users was proposed in the wireless cognitive networks. The tight upper and lower bounds about the complimentary cumulative distribution function of the virtual MIMO signal and interference were derived. The asymptotic distributions of the bounds were also obtained. The theoretical derivations and numerical simulations testified that the upper and lower bounds had the same asymptotic distribution. The numerical simulation results reveal that the virtual MIMO technique improves the anti-interference ability of the primary signal.…”

Functional Evolving Patterns of Cortical Networks in Progression of Alzheimer’s Disease: A Graph-Based Resting-State fMRI Study
Published 2020-01-01“…Moreover, the most interesting result was that we found two different functional evolving patterns of cortical networks in progression of AD, named ‘temperature inversion’ and “monotonous decline,” but not the same monotonous decline trend as the external functional assessment observed in the course of disease progression. …”

Lung CT Image Segmentation Using VGG-16 Network with Image Enhancement Based on Bounded Turning Mittag-Leffler Function
Published 2024-12-01“…This study proposes a lung CT image segmentation method which includes two steps: (1) a new image enhancement model that uses the bounded turning Mittag-Leffler function to improve the CT images for better segmentation outcomes. (2) a new modified VGG-16 for infection of lung segmentation based on expanding the original VGG-16 network. …”
