A VHDL Code for Offset Pulse Position Modulation Working with Reed Solomon System by Using ModelSim by Ahmed H. Albatoosh, Mohamed Ibrahim Shuja'a, Basman M. Al-Nedawe

    Published 2022-12-01
“…The results of a simulation of a linear block reed Solomon, for example, with offset pulse position modulation have been presented in this study. The simulation was carried out in very high-speed integrated circuit hardware description language (VHDL), and a field-programmable gate array was used (FPGA) It made use of a Boolean function to function to program code for an algorithm that is working. …”

Overexpressed Wnt-7a acts as a potential antitumor immune modulator and predicts poor prognosis in HNSCC by Hui-chao Jiang, Ya Gao, Shu-yan Wang, Yong-lan Zhao, Hai-peng Sun

    Published 2025-02-01
“…Surprisingly, 8 out of 9 genes identified were found to participate in the modulation of anti-tumor immunity. In addition, our study suggested that Wnt-7a, as a canonical Wnt ligand, could exert its function via regulating Wnt signaling and related mechanisms. …”

Red yeast rice extract improves lipid metabolism by modulating gut microbiota in high-fat diet mice by Peng Hu, Li Zhang, Hongtao Hu, Di Wang, Jia Chen, Jinghuan Xiao, Hang Wu, Luming Qi, Kaihua Qin, Xiaohong Zuo, Juan Li

    Published 2025-08-01
“…Additionally, RYR extract effectively restored the intestinal structural damage and enhanced intestinal barrier function. 16S rRNA revealed that RYR extract significantly modulated the gut microbiota, increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and restoring the ratio of Firmicutes to Bacteroidota. …”

Modulation of rhizosphere microbiota by Bacillus subtilis R31 enhances long‐term suppression of banana Fusarium wilt by Ming‐Wei Shao, Hao‐Jun Chen, Ai‐Qin Huang, Li Zheng, Chun‐ji Li, Di Qin, Yun‐Hao Sun, Zheng Lin, Gang Fu, Yan‐Hong Chen, Yong‐Jian Li, Zhang‐Yong Dong, Ping Cheng, Heru Pramono, Guo‐Hui Yu, Zhi‐Min Xu, Shuang Miao, Kevin D. Hyde

    Published 2025-06-01
“…Although R31 was undetectable in the rhizosphere in the second year, its modulation of rhizosphere function persisted, displaying a “legacy effect” consistent with the priority effects theory, whereby early colonizing beneficial communities resist subsequent pathogen invasions. …”

Coenzyme Q10 modulates the immunity by enhancing mononuclear macrophage, NK cell activity, and regulating gut microbiota by Yajun Liang, Yang Han, Ling Xiao, Yupeng Su, Tongen Bao, Xia Ji, Longgang Jia, Jing Zhang

    Published 2025-03-01
“…However, the intrinsic mechanism of CoQ10 on immunity, and the relationship to the gut microbiota have not been elucidated.MethodsHere, we conducted a series of in vivo experiments with the aim of comprehensively exploring the effect of CoQ10 on both cellular and humoral immune functions, and on gut microbiota communities in mice.ResultsCoQ10 showed negligible impact on both mouse body weight fluctuations and tissue indices, but enhanced the mouse body immunity by elevating the carbon clearance ability and natural killer (NK) cellular viability. 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed that administration of CoQ10 modulated the structure and composition of the gut microbiota in mice, notably by enhancing the abundance of Lactobacillus, Limosilactobacillus, and decreasing the abundance of Paramuribaculum species.DiscussionThis work makes a contribution to the application of CoQ10 as an immunomodulator in the biological, pharmaceutical and health care product industries.…”
