    “…Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SF-36 scale in occupational rehabilitation patients in Guangdong Province.Methods:A total of 1,129 patients who participated in occupational rehabilitation were selected and filled in the SF-36 (Chinese version) by self-filling or interviewing.Results:The physiologic function (RP) ICC was 0.670.Twice repeat evaluations showed that the IFC of the total and other seven dimensions were all greater than 0.75 (<italic>P</italic>&lt;0.001);The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the total and eight dimensions were all higher than 0.7;Split-half reliability coefficient was higher than 0.6 (<italic>P</italic>&lt;0.001) and split-half reliability was higher than 0.7 in eight dimensions (<italic>P</italic>&lt;0.001).The success rate of the pooled validity was 94.3%,and the success rate of discriminant validity was 100%.Factor analysis produced a total of two common factors. …”
