Research on Intelligent Hierarchical Energy Management for Connected Automated Range-Extended Electric Vehicles Based on Speed Prediction
Published 2025-06-01“…Focusing on connected car-following scenarios, acceleration sequence prediction is performed based on Kalman filtering and preceding vehicle acceleration. A dual-layer optimization strategy is subsequently developed: in the upper layer, optimal speed curves are planned based on road network topology and preceding vehicle trajectories, while in the lower layer, coordinated multi-power source allocation is achieved through <i>EMSMPC-P</i>, a Bayesian-optimized model predictive EMS based on Pontryagin’ s minimum principle (PMP). …”

Comparative analysis and selection of the geometry of the microphone array based on MEMS microphones for sound localisation
Published 2025-02-01“…The tasks to be addressed include analyzing spatial-frequency characteristics of various microphone array geometries (Uniform Linear Array, Uniform Planar Array, Uniform Circular Array, and Uniform Concentric Array), comparing beamforming algorithms (delay-and-sum, differential, and superdirective), and evaluating their performance under isotropic noise fields and coherent noise sources. The methods used involve the application of both established and author-derived analytical models for transfer functions and directivity coefficients, as well as experimental validation using a prototype device built on a Raspberry Pi 5 platform with an Adafruit PCA9548 8-Channel STEMMA QT expansion board and SPH0645LM4H-B omnidirectional MEMS microphones. …”

Sparse signal transmission under lossy wireless links based on double process of compressive sensing
Published 2017-04-01“…In resource-limited wireless sensor networks, links with poor quality hinder its large-scale applications seriously. Thanks to the inherent sparse property of signals in WSN,the framework of sparse signal transmission based on double process of compressive sensing was proposed, providing an insight into a new way of real-time,accurate and energy-efficient sparse signal transmission.Firstly, the random packet loss during transmission under lossy wireless links was modeled as a linear dimension-reduced measurement process of CS (a passive process of CS).Then, considering that a large packet was often adopted in WSN for higher transmission efficiency,a random linear dimension-reduced projection (a simple source coding operation) was employed at the sender node (an active process of CS) to prevent block data loss. Now,the raw signal could be recovered from the lossy data at the receiver node using CS reconstruction algorithms.Furtherly, according to the theory of CS reconstruction and the formula of packet reception rate in wireless communication, the minimum compression ratio and the maximum packet length allowed were obtained.Extensive simulations demonstrate that the reliability of data transmission and its accuracy, the data transmission volume, the transmission delay and energy consumption could be greatly optimized by means of proposed method.…”
