PKA plays a conserved role in regulating gene expression and metabolic adaptation by phosphorylating Rpd3/HDAC1
Published 2025-04-01“…How cells transduce extracellular nutrient changes to SAGA structure and function changes remains unclear. Here, we found that SAGA is deacetylated by Rpd3L complex and uncover how its deacetylase activity is repressed by nutrient sensor protein kinase A (PKA). …”

Online Testing of Dynamic Reconfigurations w.r.t. Adaptation Policies
Published 2021-03-01“…In this context, an adaptation policy is designed as a set of rules that indicate, for a given set of configurations, which reconfiguration operations can be triggered, with fuzzy values representing their utility. The adaptation policy has to be faithfully implemented by the system, especially w.r.t. the utility occurring in the rules, which are generally specified for optimizing some extra-functional properties (e.g. minimizing resource consumption). …”

Mitigating spatial hallucination in large language models for path planning via prompt engineering
Published 2025-03-01“…We introduce three key improvements: (1) To tackle the hallucination of spatial, we extract a graph structure of entities and relations from the text-based maze description, aiding LLMs in accurately comprehending spatial relationships. (2) To prevent LLMs from getting trapped in dead ends due to context inconsistency hallucination by long-term reasoning, we insert the state-action value function Q into the prompts, guiding the LLM’s path planning. (3) To reduce the token consumption of LLMs, we utilize multi-step reasoning, dynamically inserting local Q-tables into the prompt to assist the LLM in outputting multiple steps of actions at once. …”
