“…یهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول نظم إدارة المحتوى الخاصة بالتألیف التعاونی (الویکی Wiki) والتعریف بها، وتوضیح أهم خصائصها، وأبرز ممیزاتها وعیوبها، واستخداماتها المختلفة، وتوظیفها فی المکتبات، فضلاً عن کیفیة اختیارها من خلال تقدیم مجموعة من المعاییر، بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل هذه النظم فی الوقت الحالی، واقتصرت الدراسة على النظم التی تمت دراستها وعدد تسعة وعشرون (29) نظاماً، ومن ثم تحلیلها ومقارنتها وفقاً لقائمة مراجعة أعدت لهذا الغرض، والتی شملت أربعة وثلاثین (34) عنصراً ثم إدراجها تحت سبعة معاییر رئیسیة، وهی: متطلبات النظام، الملامح العامة، تخزین البیانات، إعدادات الأمن، الدعم الفنی، سهولة الاستخدام، المخرجات والإضافات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن نظم Wagn و MediaWiki و Tiki Wiki CMS Group Ware هی أفضل نظم التألیف التعاونی المتاحة على شبکة الإنترنت.…”
