Dynamic Demodulation Algorithm for Bio-radar Sensors Based on Range Tapper
Published 2025-02-01“…However, the commonly used range Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) presents certain limitations: The breathing amplitude of the subject may cross the range bin boundary, compromising signal integrity, while breathing movements can cause amplitude modulation of physiological signals, hindering waveform recovery. To address these reasons, we propose an algorithm architecture featuring range tap reconstruction and dynamic demodulation. …”

Study on the Noise Reduction of Vehicle Exhaust NOX Spectra Based on Adaptive EEMD Algorithm
Published 2017-01-01“…The parameter settings of the algorithms above are not transcendental, so with them, it is difficult to achieve the best noise reduction effect for the vehicle exhaust spectra which are sharp and drastic in the waveform. In this paper, an adaptive ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) denoising model based on a special normalized index optimization is proposed and used in the spectral noise reduction of vehicle exhaust NOX. …”

Fast-Read Storage Performance by Thyristor Operation in 3-D Flash Memory
Published 2024-01-01“…In order to evaluate the advantages of thyristor operation in 3D flash memory further, we report for the first time the several cell characteristics and reliability issues of thyristor operation required for the actual usage of storage products. (1) We demonstrate excellent cell characteristics of a wide programmed Vth window and sufficient program slope values in thyristor operation, which are indispensable for realizing multi-level cells. (2) Cell characteristics of thyristor operation exhibit hysteresis when sweeping in the WL direction but not in the bit line (BL) direction, which is essential for determining the read operating waveform. (3) Our proposed new WL biasing scheme to suppress the cell-to-cell interference effect is described with a more detailed dependence on adjacent cells and its effect on the on-current. …”

Published 2025-01-01“…Specifically, as $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ increases, there is a non-linear relationship between compressive strength and $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ (R²=0.97); When $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ is greater than 10%, the sound velocity and sound time values change significantly, and both show linear and nonlinear relationships with the mud content; As $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ increases, the amplitude also exhibits a nonlinear relationship with $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ (R²=0.91);When $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ is greater than 20%, the frequency value changes significantly and shows a linear relationship with $$\:{\gamma\:}_{Mc}$$ (R²=0.95).In addition, concrete with higher mud content has a longer first wave period, larger waveform spacing, and faster signal attenuation.…”
