A Characterizing Method of Carbon Nanotubes in Powder Form with Different Packing Densities by Ruiliang Li, Chuang Yang, Yunlong Zhang, Jian Wang

    Published 2025-05-01
“…We measured the transmission/reflection S-parameters of the waveguide using a Vector Network Analysis (VNA), and the impacts of the PVCs on the measured S-parameters were de-embedded by microwave network analysis. …”

Effect of Ca/Zr co-substitution on microstructure and microwave dielectric characteristics of CaSmAlO4-based ceramics by LI Jing, LI Hao, LIU Fei, LIU Shao-jun

    Published 2021-04-01
“…The effect of the Ca/Zr co-substitution on the crystal structure, microstructure, and dielectric characteristics of the microwave ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and vector network analysis (VNA). In the results, the cell parameters (a, c), cell volume (Vcell), and theoretical polarizability (αtheo) increase with the increase of x, leading to the increase of the dielectric constant (εr) and resonant frequency temperature coefficient (τf); meanwhile, a moderate amount of CaO secondary phases can improve the quality factor (Q×f). …”

A Novel Approach to the Sintering Schedule of Ba (Co0.7Zn0.3)1/3Nb2/3O3 Dielectric Ceramics for Microwave Applications by Mohamed Mouyane, Brahim Itaalit, Jérôme Bernard, David Houivet

    Published 2022-01-01
“…The relationships among the heat treatment process optimization, the structural, microstructural characteristics, and the microwave dielectric properties of the BCZN ceramics were investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersion analysis, and vector network analysis. The RRS-technique shortens substantially the time required for the elaboration of these components in comparison with conventional sintering techniques and prevents simultaneously the formation of secondary phases as Ba5Nb4O15 and Ba8(Co, Zn) 1Nb6O24 on the surface of the ceramics. …”

A Wireless Smart Adhesive Integrated with a Thin-Film Stretchable Inverted-F Antenna by Ashok Chhetry, Hodam Kim, Yun Soung Kim

    Published 2024-11-01
“…Characterized through RF simulations, vector network analysis under deformation, and anechoic chamber tests, SIFA demonstrated potential as a low-profile, on-body Bluetooth antenna with a resonant frequency of 2.45 GHz that helps S4 retain its thin overall profile. …”
