Construction and Application of Grid-Xin'anjiang Model Within Daheba Watershed in Shaanxi Province
Published 2020-01-01“…Taking Daheba watershed, the tributary of Hanjiang River in Shaanxi Province as the study area, this paper constructs the Grid-Xin'anjiang model through DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data analysis and geomorphic feature parameter extraction, applies it to simulate and analyze the runoff process of the watershed and the dynamic changes of spatial distribution of free water content, and carries out the flood simulation verification by the measured data of 7 flood in the special hydrological station of Daheba from 2011 to 2014 to verify the reliability of the constructed Grid-Xin'anjiang model. The results show that the simulation error of peak discharge can be controlled below 20% basically, the error of peak time is within 3 h,and the uncertainty coefficient is above 0.78,which indicating that the Grid-Xin'anjiang model can satisfactorily simulate the flood processes within Daheba watershed of Shaanxi Province. At the same time, taking the rainfall runoff process on July 16,2013 and July 25,2013 as an example,it analyzes the dynamic change of spatial distribution of free water content. As a result, combined with the physical meaning of free water content, the development of rainfall process and the evaluation of flood process precision at the outlet of the watershed,it can be concluded that the Grid-Xin'anjiang model can simulate the dynamic distribution of free water content accurately.…”

Application of Harris Hawks Optimization Algorithm in Optimization of Generalized Nonlinear Muskingum Parameters ——A Case Study of the Luohe River
Published 2024-01-01“…The Muskingum model plays an important role in river flood simulation, and its simulation accuracy relies on the optimal selection of parameters. To address the current challenges in parameter calibration for the Muskingum model, such as complex solution processes and low accuracy, the use of the Harris Hawks optimization (HHO) algorithm was proposed to optimize its parameters.HHO algorithm has a wide range of global search capabilities, with fewer parameters to be adjusted.Taking Luohe River,a tributary of the Yellow River,as the research object, the generalized nonlinear Muskingum model was used to simulate the flood in the Yiyang-Baimasi section of the river. The parameters were optimized by employing the HHO algorithm, particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, and ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm, respectively. The results show that the generalized nonlinear Muskingum model based on the HHO algorithm achieved high simulation accuracy in the Yiyang-Baimasi section of the Luohe River, with a Min.SSD of 1 237 and the flood peak error (DPO) of only 5,outperforming those obtained through optimization using PSO algorithm and ACO algorithm. The results are suitable for application in flood forecasting in the Yiyang-Baimasi section of the Luohe River.…”

Un aménagement de berge antique sur l’Auron, pour la villa de Lazenay à Bourges (Cher)
Published 2020-12-01“…However, this riverbank development and the monumentalisation that it provides to this riverside villa also highlight the significant commercial role of the city of Bourges –the port on the Yèvre river according to the etymology of Avaricum–, in the centre of Gaul, the main boundary between the eastern and the western part of Gaul. the Yèvre river, of which the Auron river is a tributary, provides a connection with the Cher river and a connection between the Rhône-Saône axis and the lower Loire valley by avoiding the long detour of the Loire bend passing through Orléans/Cenabum.…”

Practice and Reflection on Joint Operation Scheme of Water Projects of Pearl River Basin:Flood Control in 2022
Published 2023-01-01“…The joint operation scheme of water projects compiled year by year in the Pearl River Basin comprehensively considers the current situation of flood control in the basin and the practical experience of dispatching and continuously expands the water projects included in the scope of joint operation, which optimizes and adjusts the existing dispatching modes of water projects. It has now become an important non-engineering measure for real-time flood control operation. In June 2022,the Pearl River Basin experienced a catastrophic flood, second only to the one in 1915.Under the guidance of the basin joint operation scheme of water projects, and based on the flood characteristics and flood control situation, the Longtan Reservoir plays a core role, jointly operated with various types of water projects such as the reservoirs in the main and tributary rivers, flood storage and detention areas, and floodgates. It coordinates the overall situation of the river basin and fully taps into the flood control and storage potentials of water projects, successfully dealing with the 2022 flood. This paper sorts out the application of the joint operation scheme of water projects during the flood period in 2022 and analyzes the application mode and dispatching effects of the joint operation of water projects under different water inflow situations. Then, the deficiencies of the flood control joint operation scheme of water projects exposed during the flood period are summarized.Discussions are made on the optimization space of flood control operation mode of water projects with the Longtan as the core. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the further improvement of the joint operation scheme of the Pearl River Water Project are proposed.…”
