Les imaginaires de l’enseignement et de l’apprentissage des langues dans trois romans de science-fiction dystopiques
Published 2024-06-01“…Based on a trilingual dystopian corpus (English, French, German), this article explores the imaginaries of language didactics. In the translation of the Americain novel The Languages of Pao (Vance, 1958), the novel by the French-speaking Algerian 2084 : The End of The World (Sansal, 2015) and the hitherto untranslated East German novel Das kugeltranszendentale Vorhaben (Braun and Braun, 1983), language teacher and learner characters present recurring metadidactic representations that need to be defined and categorised. …”

Les conditions d’exercice du travail des cadres de premier niveau : une étude de cas
Published 2010-11-01“…The article presents and discusses three types of results: some examples of how the prescribed task is converted into an effective task and of its translation into their work activity; a synthesis of how they perceive their role or "effective task"; and observations about the gap between this perception and their working conditions, in particular because of a quantitative work overload, limited actual autonomy, and obstacles to the planning and long-term development of their services. …”

Pose Self-Measurement of Noncooperative Spacecraft Based on Solar Panel Triangle Structure
Published 2015-01-01“…First of all, an autonomous recognition algorithm of feature structure based on sliding window Hough transformation (SWHT) and inscribed circle of a triangle is proposed, and the image coordinates of feature points on the triangle can be obtained relying on this algorithm, combined with the P4P algorithm and the structure of spacecraft, calculating the relative pose of target expressed by rotation and translation matrix. The whole algorithm can be loaded into the prewritten onboard program, which will get the autocomplete feature structure extraction and relative pose measurement without human intervention, and this method does not need to mount any markers on the target. …”

A dualidade da despersonalização no consumo
Published 2013-01-01“…On the one hand it can mean loss of the distinguishing characteristics, but on the other it can mean de-personalization in the sense of a translation of the “me” into a communal “us”. This second form of depersonalization does also exist in consumption and allows us to shed light on the apparent contradiction between the idea of several marketing theories according to which consumers can always achieve satisfaction through differentiation and the thesis of a “final dissatisfaction” of the consumer, advocated by much of contemporary theoretical sociology.…”

Strategies to Enhance Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Based Therapies for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Published 2019-01-01“…However, the therapeutic efficacy of transplanted MSCs is limited by their poor engraftment and low survival rate in the injured tissues, major barriers to clinical translation. Accordingly, several strategies have been explored to improve MSC retention in the lung and enhance the innate properties of MSCs in preclinical models of ARDS. …”

Cardiovascular Disease, Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms; and the Renin Angiotensin System: Is There a MicroRNA Connection?
Published 2010-01-01“…MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of small, ∼21-nucleotide long, and nonprotein-coding RNAs that recognize target mRNAs through partial complementary elements in the 3-untranslated region (3-UTR) of mRNAs and inhibit gene expression by targeting mRNAs for translational repression or destabilization. Since miRNA SNPs (miRSNPs) can create, destroy, or modify miRNA binding sites, this review focuses on the hypothesis that transcribed target SNPs harbored in RAS mRNAs, that alter miRNA gene regulation and consequently protein expression, may contribute to cardiovascular disease susceptibility.…”

Reduction algorithm based on supervised discriminant projection for network security data
Published 2021-06-01“…In response to the problem that for dimensionality reduction, traditional manifold learning algorithm did not consider the raw data category information, and the degree of clustering was generally at a low level, a manifold learning dimensionality reduction algorithm with supervised discriminant projection (SDP) was proposed to improve the dimensionality reduction effects of network security data.On the basis of the nearest neighbor matrix, the label information of the raw data category was exploited to construct a supervised discriminant matrix in order to translate unsupervised popular learning into supervised learning. The target was to find a low dimensional projective space with both maximum global divergence matrix and minimum local divergence matrix, ensuring that the same kind of data was concentrated and heterogeneous data was scattered after dimensionality reduction projection. The experimental results show that the SDP algorithm, compared with the traditional dimensionality reduction algorithms, can effectively remove redundant data with low time complexity.Meanwhile the data after dimensionality reduction is more concentrated, and the heterogeneous samples are more dispersed, suitable for the actual network security data analysis model.…”
