Effect of Early Bedside Occupational Therapy Combined with Routine Rehabilitation on Reconstitution of Bed-chair Transfer in Acute Stroke Patients by Dengyao LI, Lun LUO, Tao XIANG, Xiaoyun WANG, Zejin LONG

Published 2018-04-01
“…Bed-chair transfer function of two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by the modified Barthel index (MBI), Berg balance scale (BBS), balance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer (FIM) and rivermead mobility index (RMI).Results:After two weeks, the MBI transfer function score, BBS score, FIM score and RMI score in the two groups were increased significantly than before treatment (P<0.05), and more increase was observed in experimental group than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional rehabilitation therapy can facilitate the reconstruction of bed-chair transfer function in patients with acute stroke, and conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with bedside occupational therapy has better therapeutic effect on the disease.…”
