Effect of Early Bedside Occupational Therapy Combined with Routine Rehabilitation on Reconstitution of Bed-chair Transfer in Acute Stroke Patients
Published 2018-04-01“…Bed-chair transfer function of two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by the modified Barthel index (MBI), Berg balance scale (BBS), balance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer (FIM) and rivermead mobility index (RMI).Results:After two weeks, the MBI transfer function score, BBS score, FIM score and RMI score in the two groups were increased significantly than before treatment (<italic>P</italic><0.05), and more increase was observed in experimental group than those in control group (<italic>P</italic><0.05).Conclusion:Conventional rehabilitation therapy can facilitate the reconstruction of bed-chair transfer function in patients with acute stroke, and conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with bedside occupational therapy has better therapeutic effect on the disease.…”
