Quantum leadership: new approach in managing shoulder dystocia in simulation-based training
Published 2025-12-01“…Discussion emphasized that traditional leadership styles are less effective compared to quantum leadership in managing the complexities of shoulder dystocia. The quantum Ob-Wheel, consisting of 12 milestones, integrates these seven interdependent skills to guide the management process. Conclusions Despite the limited sample size of this study, it is worth noting that, given the unpredictable nature of shoulder dystocia, clinicians should be prepared for its occurrence during any birth, with quantum leadership providing a strategic advantage in such scenarios.…”

Color Stability and Surface Roughness of Different Composite Resins after Using Different Polishing Systems.
Published 2024-06-01“…Method: Twenty disk-shaped specimens (were compacted into the custom-made cylindrical plastic mold that had an internal diameter of 10 mm and a depth of 2 mm) were prepared for each composite resin type (3M Z350, Tokoyama Palfique, and Shofu Beautifil II) for a total of 60 specimens, each composite group was divided into two subgroups according to the polishing system (n=10) (Shofu super-snap polishing disks and Eve Diacomp Plus Twist wheel). Color parameters (L*, a*, and b*) and surface roughness were measured before and after accelerating artificial aging (2000–4000 thermal cycles) and staining. …”

Analysis of the Effect of Frequency Weighting According to the Sperling Index Method on the Dynamic Response of the Railway Vehicle Carbody to Vertical Vibrations
Published 2025-01-01“…This model considers important elements that can influence the vertical vibration behavior of the carbody, namely, the carbody structural flexibility, which is represented by an equivalent Euler–Bernoulli beam, the system through which the longitudinal forces are transmitted from the bogies to the carbody, and the elasticity of the wheel–rail contact. Based on the analyses developed in the paper, the relevant conclusions regarding the effect of the frequency weighting functions specific to the Sperling index method on the dominant vertical vibration modes of the carbody are synthesized. …”
