Survey on IPv6 address scanning technology based on seed sources by Guo LI, Lin HE, Guanglei SONG, Zhiliang WANG, Jiahai YANG, Zimu LI

    Published 2019-12-01
“…Nowadays, the state-of-the-art technologies can spend a very short time to scan the whole IPv4 space, but these methods cannot be applied to the huge IPv6 space easily. Therefore, many researchers propose different heuristic algorithms for the sake of IPv6 scanning. The common way of these algorithms is to input collected IPv6 seed addresses and output new most likely active IPv6 addresses as candidates for later scanning. These methods greatly reduce the scanning range of the active address area. These technologies based on seed addresses were classified, analyzed and summarized, and detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method was given. And the several challenges faced by the methods were discussed.73M seed addresses were collected in total from two sources, including published IPv6 datasets in papers and Beijing Node of China Education and Research Network.Through the proposed experiments, time performance and hit rate of four IPv6 address scanning technologies based on seed addresses was compared. Finally, the own thoughts on this field and some future research directions were proposed.…”

Decentralized State Estimation Algorithm of Centralized Equivalent Precision for Formation Flying Spacecrafts Based on Junction Tree by Mengyuan Dai, Hua Mu, Meiping Wu, Zhiwen Xian

    Published 2015-01-01
“…As centralized state estimation algorithms for formation flying spacecraft would suffer from high computational burdens when the scale of the formation increases, it is necessary to develop decentralized algorithms. To the state of the art, most decentralized algorithms for formation flying are derived from centralized EKF by simplification and decoupling, rendering suboptimal estimations. …”

    Published 2021-06-01
“…I have addressed this matter elsewhere, in my essay ‘Faith in a Practical Epistemology: On Collective Creativity in Theatre’ (Predicaments of Culture in South Africa, 2005), but on this occasion, while watching the documentary, it was Nietzsche’s view in Contra Wagner which proved the trigger, namely, that ‘Wagner’s art is sick. The problems he brings to the stage – purely hysteric’s problems – the convulsiveness of his affects, his over-charged sensibility … the instability he disguises as a principle’. …”

Green Worlds: Shakespeare’s Plays and Early Modern Imagery by Anne-Marie COSTANTINI-CORNEDE

    Published 2015-06-01
“…Once the colour of chivalry, it came to be disparaged, but Vert gai’s vibrant hues and vert perdu’s darker ones still coexisted in proverbs, plays or works of art. Shakespeare’s worlds, even in the very heart of pastoral comedies (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Winter’s Tale, As You Like It or The Tempest), reveal the same propensity to oscillate between the lightness of ‘gay green’ and the darker, disquieting vein of ‘lost green’. …”
