CONTROL OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF CASTING BRASS IN INGOTS USED FOR MANUFACTURE OF STOP VALVES by A. A. Pivovarchyk, Е. V. Pivovarchyk

    Published 2017-10-01
“…The results of the studies showed that the pig supplied by all producers, as well as the melt obtained with its use, contain in its composition such harmful impurities as S, Bi and P in the amount of 0.001%, 0.0017% and 0.0045%, respectively, that can lead to a decrease in the technological properties of products. It has been established that the use of ARL 3460 and OBLF-QSW 750 emission spectrometers and the Tescan VEGA II LMU scanning electron microscope makes it possible to obtain practically identical values of the content of the main elements and impurities in pigs of foundry and brass lead grade LC40C in studies on determining the chemical composition of the materials under study.…”

Research on Dynamic Virtualization Distributed Mobility Management Method for LEO Satellite Network by Hongtao ZHU, Qing GUO

    Published 2020-09-01
“…With the commercialization of 5G,the integration of satellite communication and ground 5G has become a key research direction in the industry.Low earth orbit satellite network can cover the whole world and communicate with anyone at any time and anywhere. It is an eff ective supplement and expansion of terrestrial cellular network.Especially, the deployment of low earth orbit (LEO) internet constellation such as OneWeb and Starlink accelerates the development of LEO satellite network. However, due to the high dynamic of LEO satellite and the fast change of its network topology, the network management problem caused by it has become the diff culty of LEO satellite application, and mobility management is one of the key technologies. How to build a mobility management mechanism suitable for high dynamic LEO satellite network is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the idea of ground distributed gateway and satellite agent cluster, the dynamic virtualization distributed mobility management (DV-DMM) model was proposed, which was mainly used to solve the problems of poor scalability and single point failure of traditional mobility management. At the same time,it used satellite to build virtual gateway to solve the problem of building satellite ground station on the ground.…”

Comprehensive Evaluation of Production Water Footprint in Shandong Province by ZHANG Min, ZHANG Yu, TIAN Qing, WANG Mengfan

    Published 2024-01-01
“…As a significant economic and populous region, Shandong Province also grapples with water scarcity. The water footprint concept provides a fresh understanding of water resources, revealing the true utilization extent of the resources.A model and evaluation system for measuring the production water footprint is established to assess water resource utilization in the province from 2010 to 2021.The results indicate that the production water footprint in the studied region experiences fluctuations and presents an overall increasing trend during this period, with higher levels in the western and southern regions and lower ones in the eastern and northern areas. The blue, green, and grey water footprints all display a rising trend.Agriculture accounts for the largest proportion among all the sectors. From a comprehensive perspective, the economic benefits of the production water footprint steadily increase, but the per capita carrying capacity of the production water footprint is relatively poor, with a relatively large water resource pressure index.Generally, Shandong faces unsustainable water resources and considerable water pressure, which highlights the need for timely measures to adjust the industrial structure, enhance water-saving technologies, and improve pollution prevention and control to alleviate current water scarcity.…”

6G native intelligence network architecture enabled by intent abstraction and knowledge by Jingya YANG, Xiaogang TANG, Yiqing ZHOU, Ling LIU, Wang Jiangzhou

    Published 2023-02-01
“…6G will evolve to an intelligent network, featured by native intelligence and openness. The study of standardization of intelligent network emphasizes the importance of intent-driven network for network intelligence. However, current intent-based networking takes the intent as “What to do” rather than “What you want”.Moreover, current knowledge defined network (KDN) can partially fulfill “How to configure the network” according to “What to do”.Therefore, a 6G native intelligent network architecture based on the intent abstraction and knowledge was proposed, aiming to achieve“How to configure the network” according to “What you want”.Firstly, an intent abstraction module was designed to obtain “What to do” from “What you want”, composed of intent acquisition, intent translation, intent mapping, and intent modeling.Secondly, the cognitive module was proposed to achieve “How to configure the network” according to “What to do”, which got network knowledge through joint optimization of machine learning and logical reasoning. Finally, enabling key technologies such as intent mapping, network information measurement, network policy generation, and network policy verification were introduced to support the implementation of 6G native intelligence.…”
