“…Aiming at the large scale and diverse technologies of the space-ground integration information network,it was necessary to rely on realistic satellite network scene to verify the various schemes.A method of satellite link emulation in cloud computing environment was proposed.The critical factors that affect the characteristics of satellite link were analyzed,OpenStack and STK were integrated to build an emulation platform for space-ground integration information network.Through the link modeling and calculation,the intermittence,delay and bit error rate of satellite link based on flow table rules and queue management rules can be toggled dynamically in real time.In order to improve the throughput of satellite link,satellite nodes have dynamic routing learning ability.Satellite links can be flexibly constructed and reconstructed.The experimental results show that the method can accurately emulate the satellite link,effectively guarantee the fidelity and periodicity of satellite link emulation,and facilitate the scientific research of satellite network scene.…”

“…The construction of a BIM visualization platform for the intelligent operation and maintenance of drainage pumping stations is an important part of smart water.It plays a crucial role in improving the project management level,reducing the loss of possible flood disasters,and strengthening the ability of water utilities to deal with risks.However,in the operation and maintenance management of traditional water utilities,the backward management methods and means often result in problems such as high costs,low efficiency,and slow response.Therefore,this paper puts forward a solution to the top-level design of the platform architecture.In view of the current management practice,we realize the functions including BIM model visualization,the unit operation status display,inventory asset management,statistical report query,and personnel management by combining the platform with the emerging technologies in the information field.This study demonstrates a good engineering application for the construction of the intelligent operation and maintenance platform and can be used for reference for the follow-up construction of smart water and the informatization of water conservancy.…”

“…In view of the increasingly prominent contradiction between flood control and water supply and demand in the Changzhou Water Conservancy Project,the current dispatching scheme of the reservoir is analyzed from the aspects of water supply,power generation,shipping,and ecology,and the comprehensive dispatching requirements are proposed.In addition,modern forecasting and dispatching technologies are used to systematically study the optimal dispatching scheme under different dispatching needs.The operating water level during the flood season is increased from 18.6 m to 19.6 m,and the risk and benefit are analyzed.The results show that the implementation of the scheme can increase the water level of the reservoir area by 1.0~1.5 m and the water storage capacity by 200 million cubic meters on the premise of ensuring flood control safety.The scheme gives full play to the water supply,shipping,and ecological benefits of the reservoir,and meanwhile,it can raise the power generation capacity by 5.05%,producing remarkable economic and social benefits.…”
