True 2-D 5/3 wavelet transform and its application for CT image lossless compression by Nini XU, Mingming ZHANG, Jianming WANG

    Published 2016-06-01
“…Wavelet transform is widely used in the field of digital image processing, and it usually processes image by separating the row and column, which can’t meet the human visual system(HVS)completely. To address this situation,a kind of true 2-D 5/3 wavelet transform was constructed, which was more consistent with HVS.Firstly,1-D 5/3 wavelet filter bank constructed the true 2-D Lazy wavelet filter bank by McClellan transform, and it was implemented by lifting scheme. Then, this lifting scheme was nested with the true 2-D Lazy wavelet filter bank to implement true 5/3 wavelet transform of image. To facilitate engineering applications, the transformation procedure was given. The experiments of true 5/3 wavelet transform used in CT image lossless compression, the experiment shows that, for 512×512 size CT image true 5/3 wavelet transform has better compression effect when compared with two dimensional separable 5/3 wavelet transform and can save 1 989.9 byte per piece on average.…”

800 kV交流隔离开关的机构运动分析及平衡弹簧优化设计 by 孙玉洲, 李付永, 郭海涛, 王巧红, 夏立国, 师丽芳, 刘本学, 柴影辉

    Published 2021-01-01
“…800 kV AC disconnector is one of the key equipment for extra high voltage( EHV) substation, and the balance spring is an important component to reduce external load and improve equipment reliability.Aiming at 800 kV EHV disconnector, the mechanism kinematic analysis of main knife mechanism is completed based on the motion diagram, and the theoretical equation of the structural potential energy for disconnector is obtained. Then, the dynamic simulation analysis model of disconnector is established in ADAMS through virtual prototype technology. The difference between the elastic potential energy of the balance spring and the potential energy of the mechanism under the initial design condition is simulated. In order to further narrow the gap between the spring energy and the gravitational potential energy, this paper optimizes the spring system design. The simulation results show that the max-gap change between the optimal balance spring potential energy and the mechanism potential energy is reduced by about 28% than that of the initial. When the disconnector works, the external load required is greatly reduced.…”

An empty-nest power user identification method based on weighted random forest algorithm by Zimeng LU, Jiayi CHEN, Jing LI, Yue XIE, Xinli JIANG, Lei HAN, Qian GUO

    Published 2020-08-01
“…In view of the lack of effective technical means for the identification of empty-nesters by the government and the society,an empty-nesters prow user identification method based on weighted random forest algorithm was proposed.Firstly, some accurate labels of empty-nest users were obtained through questionnaires, and electricity characteristic library was drawn from three aspects:electricity consumption level, electricity consumption fluctuation and electricity consumption trend.Due to the data imbalance between empty-nest and non-empty-nest users, the weighted random forest algorithm was used to improve the data sensitivity phenomenon of machine learning. Finally, the algorithm model was put online in the power company’s acquisition system. The 2 000 unknown users of various types were identified, among which the identification accuracy of empty-nest users was 74.2%.The results show that the identification of empty-nesters from the perspective of electricity consumption can help power grid companies to understand the personalized and differentiated needs of empty-nesters,so as to provide users with more sophisticated services, and also assist the government and society to carry out assistance work.…”
